This game's multiplayer is definitely annoying, but you can still do most of the functions of the game by pressing Y (probably another key I don't know of if you're using keyboard) to go to an offline lobby.

Offline Gameplay:

FINOMINAL. This is definitely worth getting, especially if you plan on playing a lot of single player. The story mode is an easy 10 hours for all 3 arcs if you defeat the least amount of enemies possible (but can get repetitive if you try to defeat everything), and a challenging arcade mode and loot system just ready for you to dig your hands into! There's plenty of gameplay to be had offline.

In addition, there's a practice mode where you can learn how to do the combat in this game, combo challenges, and more. There's a local battle as well for those who want to 1v1 friends, or create a tournament using the tournament feature, which is definitely finominal if you need to warm up, or just wanna go against random CPUs consecutively.

Online Gameplay:

I'm gonna split this up so you know where it's good and bad. Note that this is the main problem in the game.

CONS:
There are about 12 lobbies on average for each region (based off North America). Each can hold up to 64 players, and is generally hogged pretty quickly, especially when those in your region aren't working/sleeping. The main problem with this, is that most people go onto the online lobbies, but don't participate in online activites, like Ring Matches, Arena Matches, and Casual and Ranked Matches (for more info, see pros). But what do they do then?

Instead, they do things like arcade and practice mode, while staying on the lobby, both of which can easily be done offline, and easily hogs up space for those who want to play online. The problem won't be completely hindered, but if they kicked you offline for using any of these modes, just like they kind of do with story mode, the problem is majorly hindered.

My main point is that they need to keep matches online, and keep all the other features offline to save space for those using online, and the game will be much better multiplayer wise.

PROS:
From Arena Matches to Ring Matches, there is definitely fun to be had in multiplayer, if you can get in and not get kicked out. Here's each of the modes:

Arena Matches: Have a match with someone else on the server quickly! Talk to the man right to the announcments to jump in, and go against others! (I recommend ring matches more, however)

Casual Matches: Jump into a casual match, and it's exactly like a ranked match, except there's no rank, and you can go against pretty much anyone, rather than a rank based choice. Speaking of which,

Ranked Match: A 1v1 with some random person on the internet also playing FighterZ that's most likely in the same region, but sometimes you end up with more, but it's based on your settings, really. Go against someone against your skill, or higher, if you dare. This does count towards your win/loss ratio, and if you want to get rid of that Saibamen ranking on your player card, play some ranked matches and rank up.

Ring Match: The most flexible online match making system in Fighterz. Set up mini tournaments, 1v1s with your friends, specific battles in specific orders, 3v3 with each player being one character, it's got it all! The only requirement is that you have to be on the same server as the person/people who are going to play, and they have to walk over to you to join. Too much effort, if you ask me.

-----------

That being said, singleplayer gameplay, although the story can be a bit repetitive, is pretty great, and can help you get started in mastering the game/the characters you want to play. (9/10)

The multiplayer can be annoying, but it's not as hard as people give it out to be, except during rush hour on weekends. But overall, the multiplayer gameplay is excellent. (7/10)

Although this wasn't a review of the actual game mechanics, I'll leave that to someone else; I'm clarifying the multiplayer and singleplayer situations. If I ever go into more detail, it'll most likely be game mechanics or DLC.

Enjoy the game if you buy!

Recommend 8/10

Well, you obviously didn't preorder, looking at this.

Don't buy unless you're a lazy ♥♥♥♥ that's got 3 dollars to spare, or you're new to the game and want to use these characters as your starters, and have 3 dollars to spare. Even then, just unlock them.

Trust me, the grind for them will make you much better at the game than buying them.

Is This Game Good?

It's a good game. Get ot if you're interested in an MMO that pits you with powers on different planets, killing baddies, and finishing missions. That's as simple as you can get.

Regardless of if I ever finish going in depth on this review, this review isn't finished until this text is gone.

Going into more detail, the amount of things you can do in this game is vast. You can get your own pets, play any level you want as long as it's unlocked, heck, there's even a PVP mode you can get into if you are feeling pretty competitive.

Most of the game does revolve around PVE, especially in the beginning, where it's not as good to play PVE, since you don't have as many things unlocked. I've only played the PVE side of the game, so I can't get into much more detail than that, but if you want more detail on some other gameplay, just look below.

But one last thing: Is this game P2P?

Not necessarily. It's more of pay 2 advance, as it can speed up progress of the game, but overall, you have to put time and effort into the game in order to get things, and there's only so many things you can get with paid currency. Everything is available to grab as a F2P, it just requires time and effort.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE GAME, RATHER THAN FINDING OUT YOURSELF, LOOK BELOW.

Weapon Crafting/Upgrading

Weapon crafting requires ingredients that you can get in a variety of ways, usually by getting resources from different planets, or by crafting weapon parts, but it really just depends on the blueprint.

You get blueprints by playing certain missions, by buying them off the market, or by buying them off the pay store.

Upgrading is simple; you gain upgrades through playing the game, and put them on your weapon. There's only a certain amount of points you can use, and there's different types of upgrades that can get buffed or nerfed depending on what weapon you use.

Warframe Obtaining/Crafting/Upgrading

Warframes can be obtained by buying using paid currency, crafting, or through certain missions.

In order to craft Warframes, you need to craft the body parts (there's normally 4), so there's 5 blue prints you need to obtain. You usually obtain these through relics.

-----------------------------------------------------

Upgrading is simple (yes, I copied the text from the weapons, it uses the same system); you gain upgrades through playing the game, and put them on your warframe. There's only a certain amount of points you can use, and there's different types of upgrades that can get buffed or nerfed depending on what warframe you use.

I give this game an 8.5/10, since there were rare but noticable points where the game becomes a little less like a game and more like a work, so if you're playing this game for the fun, you're not gonna get to endgame unless you push yourself, since once you get to midgame, the game becomes more of a major grindfest.

This review does not contain ANY DLC until the end.

Should I Get It?
The game itself is pretty good. It's enjoyable, it's got lots of hours of playtime, and, if you don't care about multiplayer (which nobody plays much on the PC version), it's moddable to your heart's content. This game doesn't necessarily match up to its price, though. I'd recommend getting it on sale, or just playing another Dragon Ball game.

If you owned Xenoverse 1, and are only playing it because it's the sequel, don't get it. You may as well stick with the original, it'll be a waste because the only thing they add is some of Dragon Ball Super.

Is the Game Good?
It's a good game. It has some quirks that, when you get past them, make an enjoyable game. But, it definitely needs improvement.

Some examples are the way certain ki blasts overpower others, and it's almost completely random when it happens. Moreover, there are certain characters that are quite overpowered, which is why there's an actual tier list for all the characters in Xenoverse 2.

Multiplayer?
This Game has multiplayer, yes. Is it good? No. If you're going to buy this game solely for the multiplayer, I'd recommend getting it for the console instead. Theres two reason for this:

1. Not that many people actually play multiplayer on the PC version. You'd have to get it for the Playstation if you're not only going to play with friends.

2. There are A LOT of hackers out there. Honestly not surprising, it took them two years to even use an anticheat.

DLC?
The DLC is a sticky situation, but it's not a full on rip off, if you buy the right things. Here's what I recommend:

Buy the DBS packs INDIVIDUALLY, and then buy the extra pack set. Why? Because the extra pack doesn't come with the season pass. It sucks, but it's reality, and unless they add more than two dbs packs, it's not gonna be worth the money.

That being said, if you are a huge fan of Dragon Ball, go for it, but I honestly don't recommend it unless you're not getting it for multiplayer.

I'm gonna go with the majority here, and say don't get the season pass.

The only thing the season pass gives you that isn't in the DLC is Future Trunks (Goku Black Saga), if I remember correctly. It doesn't give you the Extra Pack, which is what would make this more valuable to buy.

So what would I recommend doing? Buy the four DBS Packs, and then get the Extra Pack. It's less expensive that way, the only thing you won't have (I believe) is Future Trunks (Goku Black Saga).

Or you can buy the Season Pass in hopes that they fix this problem before everyone leaves the game for good.

This game is alive and well.
Everyone thinks getting a crosshair mod is hacking.
A cop sees you and a camera across the building notices the cop looking at you and calls for World War III.
5 million copies gives 5 million more chances for a low level player to infest lobbies with a brain disease.
Somehow deciding to rob in a city where each building has a police force factory is the best strategy.
I would have more to say, but there's too much to talk about.
But I do have one more thing to say:

GET THE ♥♥♥♥ UP

It's a great RTS. It's enchanced version also includes a few other things. I guess adding that extra 10 bucks that isn't needed is a little crazy, but it's gud.

Early Access Review
ptw ftw = the motto of this game.

And yet, it's not too bad.

I mean, time passes. You rage, it's better than cod.

Without spending money on the game, I top fragged most of my life in blockade.

The only money I spent was to get a skin (CSGO ;)

But anyway, the game is free, only 200 megs, and easy to pick up and put down.

IF your speak English, just a forewarn: More Russians and other countries play this game than people that play CZERO, so if u want to talk to a person that speaks english, try to find a FRIEND to play with first. ;3 thx for listening. Now back to the review. . . ?

So the game isn't that bad, it's just the weapons are unbalanced. Get to level 10, and you've got yourselves a deal. An OP sniper just like the ones you buy.

The only thing I hate about this game a lot is the armor system. You can stack as many armors on you as you want. An example is below.

It seems like a really cold day outside, so you go inside, play blockade, and to not feel cold, you put on a protection helmet, a pumpkin, another helmet, ANOTHER helmet, and to top it all of, ANOTHER. . . pumpkin, on your head. On your torso, you put on 6 swat team vests. The end.

NOTE: DO NOT PLAY ANY OTHER MODES EXCEPT BATTLE AND VERSUS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LAUGH YOUR BUTT OFF.

CS:GO Review
Nice competitive game, with a "cancerous" community for players who play csgo "casually".
