The gameplay is a bit repetitive and the open world is largely empty, but the presentation is fantastic. It's nice to revisit scenes from the show and play through sidequests from old side characters from the original DragonBall days (like Android 8). It's best to play if you are already a fan. Be warned though that the game skips most filler (like Goz and Mez, Princess Snake) as well as some major moments (Vegeta's first Final Flash). Worth a play, but perhaps wait for a sale. The DLC released so far has not added much playable content and pretty much revolves around two boss battles, so I would say skip or wait for a really deep sale.

Comes with a story recap in the gallery. Gameplay uses Dynasty Warriors 8 and Samurai Warriors 4 mechanics. The camp from 3 is gone, everything is replaced with menus now. They feel low-budget but it does get you back into battle quicker. 70 stages in total in the base game. Endgame is playing every stage again on the new harder difficulty that unlocks when you beat the story, but one playthrough is enough to see all the game has to offer. It's the same fun hack 'n' slash fun (that's great for co-op), but If you haven't played a Warriors game before I'd say get Dynasty Warriors 8 or Samurai Warriors 4 on sale first before plunking down full price for this one.

It's a fun 30 min for $3. Replay value isn't strong but it'll put a smile on your face.

It's old-fashioned arcade fun. The difficulty is hard, the sprite art is jaw-dropping, and the action is crazy. Grab a friend and get ready to hear "RAWKET LAWNCHA" about a million times.

There is pre-Life is Strange and post-Life is Strange. It's a game with a similar structure to the Telltale game formula that spices it up with a time-rewind mechanic. The gameplay is centered around the choices you have to make and this time-rewind mechanic, rather than take away from those choices, actually adds to them. You know exactly what will happen if you choose this choice rather than that choice, which will you keep and how do you think it will affect the story later on? Of course this would mean nothing if the story wasn't actually any good. Luckily, Life is Strange doesn't have to worry about that. It's filled with memorable characters that will stick with you long after you've put that controller down after having binged through all five episodes in one day. It has a nice indie soundtrack to boot. Overall, Life is Strange is worth the price.

It's a short game with a great story. Dialogue can be a little cheesy at times (whether that's a plus is up to you) but it has a lot of heart. There's not much gameplay. It's mostly clicking around with a mouse. It has a great soundtrack. It's worth a buy but not sure there's much replay value here, unless you really liked the story enough to give it another go.
