Fun little game. Finished in about 6 hours, although I didn't get all the achievements.

Pros:
- Nice fully realised art style
- Well designed world
- Gameplay is a fun mini-metroidvania
- Music is outstanding
- Clever and Funny writing
- Space

Cons:
- Maybe a little short, But not bad for the price
- Becomes a collectathon towards the end, but not before it's worn out its welcome

On balance; Tiny Terry's Turbo Trip is a really fun, entertaining game that invites you into its sweet, silly, unassuming world. I recommend anyone who's a fan of tightly designed mini open worlds takes a look.

Unimaginable. That's the only way to describe Mobious Digital's ability to take the greatest game ever made, then add DLC that not only lives up to that legacy but also manages to surpass it in some aspects.

My review of Outer Wilds was gushing with praise to the point where any reasonable reader would assume hyperbole, so I'll keep this short.

If you liked Outer Wilds, buy this and you'll enjoy it all over again. If you didn't like Outer Wilds then you're wrong and we can't be friends.

This is an excellent game for fans of Factorio, Satisfactory, etc. People who like to put together systems that intertwine in their complexity.

For example: I built a base where I wanted the air to be enough oxygen to breath, enough Carbon Dioxide to grow plants, and bulk the rest out with Nitrogen. The nitrogen came from my furnaces as an off gas from smelting certain metals. The Oxygen comes from plants I grow in the green house, and the CO2 comes from my characters breath.

The automation available in this game is amazing and if you like those kinds of games you will love this one.

I have been playing games since I was old enough to hold a controller. Please don't think I am exaggerating when I say:

This is the best game I have ever played and ever expect to play.

To clarify: this game is so good that I can't imagine any other game ever being this good again. My experience and memory of this game is bitter sweet; it is a flawlessly executed game that shows what games can aspire to be. However, now that I've played it, I won't ever get that feeling of wonder and awe again.

You owe it to yourself to play this game.

The Blackout Club is a stealth scavenger hunt where every game is played in the same section of a town called Redacre. Initially most of the play map is locked off, and you unlock it over by completing missions and finding bonus evidence during those missions.

**NOTE** I have tried to avoid any mid to late game spoilers in here. I may spoil some very early stuff that you might want to experience for yourself. If you just want the general gist of this review, check the bottom paragraph.

TBC really shines in three areas for me:
• Game mechanics
• World
• Story/lore

Game Mechanics:
The player characters are very nimble; being able to climb up most ledges if they can get their hands to them. This makes for some very satisfying parkour-esque gameplay. Leaping between the roofs of buildings to escape the bad guys, only to just make it by the tips of your fingers has a real thrill, and so far it has yet to get old.

Progression is genuinely very clever; unlocking sections of an otherwise familiar map, adding new and strange areas to explore, is *really* satisfying, especially when you don't even know what you've unlocked until you discover there's now an entrance way where there was once a barrier. It helps you gain solid confidence whilst allowing a steady stream of new and more challenging areas to explore. Near to the point you've unlocked all the areas in the map, you then may start finding new types of collectables which appear unannounced, and add interesting new elements to the gameplay. After that there are other collectables in the map that are never announced and very difficult to find!

Exploring the map can be good fun too. There's a certain amount of randomness between each playthrough; the missions; their locations; the location of bonus evidence and other collectables; location of bad guys and their behaviours; it all changes between playthroughs. With the bad guy behaviour changes *really* keeping you on your toes.

The World:
One of the best and most tightly designed game maps I've had the pleasure to experience; this map is split between two areas; the streets, and the maze. Both contain mission objectives, bad guys, and collectables. The maze is slowly opened up with every level gained by the player, and the streets are unlocked after set level milestones. The street contains houses and areas you'd expect to find in a rural town. The buildings are well realised, with their own navigation challengers such as locked doors and shut windows. The Maze is a series of confusingly laid out rooms and corridors that facilitate the whims of the game's antagonist.

The Story/Lore
Oh my goodness this is good. Without spoiling anything (as I believe you're supposed to try to slowly pick up the lore and story slowly) the story and lore are deep, detailed, fully considered, and developer driven even now. This game contains a couple of unique story driving aspects that should be mentioned:

• Dreams
• Enhanced Horror

Dreams are answers to questions players have posed to the in game characters through a rare item. They are fully voiced by paid actors.

Enhanced Horror requires the player to allow developers to listen to their microphone whilst they play the game, even when they're not transmitting. With that permission enabled, the developers have the ability to listen and respond to you *whilst you're currently in a mission* They do this in character, giving out lore or story information, or on some occasions moving players to completely different areas to talk to give out important story points (still in character). They have even been known to lead players to secrets that no other player has found before that point!

Overall: The Blackout Club is a very tight, satisfying game with a deep and continuing story/lore. It's mechanics are generally well considered and smooth with few exceptions. It's Stalker mechanic is a stroke of genius and the ability for the developers to drop into your game to give story/lore information is extremely clever. An easy recommendation for me.

Great little brawler title; fun, silly, and entertaining.

Game focuses on combos and unlocking new abilities to add to your combo repertoire. Progression is nice and steady, although difficulty does ramp up a little after the first level.

Would recommend if you have some spare time and fancy doing lots of fighting!

This game is fantastic and incredible. I can't describe any of the reasons why because it will spoil it.
