Might need to play it a bit more but i think its good, mainly the mods

Great game, never buy a DLC, the game was made by Introversion but then bought by Paradox, and as always, you get a great game under Introversion, but then Paradox ruins it with DLCs, we use to have great free updates, like the temperature and female prison one, better developed ideas than the ones Paradox is making some pay 6 dollars. Want to play the game? I have 50 hours and still have ♥♥♥♥ to do, its a great game, but the DLCs are not good
I mean, there are mods in the workshop that are better than the DLCs
