When this game is good, it's really good. The visuals look great, the maps are designed well, and the atmosphere is fun and immersive... until you run side-by-side with another player and start clipping all around the area or try vaulting over an object and get hard stuck in the animation until you die. Rubberbanding is almost guaranteed in any tight spaces you try to navigate.
I haven't explored using melee much, but if you get hit by it, you instantly die with no audio or visual cue. The wave respawn mechanic is unforgiving and if your spawn point becomes unavailable in the last second, you're forced to wait another 30 minimum before finally getting back into the fight.
I have some personal gripes about the responsiveness of the controls, but I know many people who are comfortable with the style of movement this game uses so I'll just say it may not be for everyone.
I really want to love this, but the overall jank is limiting how much I can. Maybe if they smooth it out significantly by the time Early Access is finished

One of the greatest games of my childhood. I never could get my old CD to run after Window's XP, but this baby runs just fine. A beautiful racing game and still holds its own for playability!
