A friend of a friend gifted this game to me when I mentioned that it was on my wishlist, but I had made a New Year's Resolution not to buy any games this year. I now have them to thank/blame for a new gaming addiction.

Love this game; so much to explore. Over 1100 hours and my first 100% achievement completion on Steam, but I'm still enjoying it!

Lots to do this game. There's a main storyline, but once you get past the first boss you can ignore it and take all the time you want to explore. No skills to level up, which makes for interesting game mechanics; you're free to attempt to tackle the most deadly environments and monsters long before you have acquired the proper gear to do so - at your peril! The three difficulty levels allow new players to learn and more experienced players to be challenged.

Wonderfully designed and highly addictive game. Behind the simple graphics are rich and nuanced NPCs, each of whom has their own storyline to discover. Or you can ignore them and just tend to your farm, forage, go fishing or mining, fight monsters, or do any combination of these things, all while listening to great music. Amazing that a single developer created all of this. Highly recommended.

Edit, November 2020: Three years later, I have over 1000 hours and still love this game!
