1) Find some very poor african country
2) Get some money from China or some South American country, promise loyalty in return
3) Hire various political technologists, give bribes to local tribal leaders, shamans, influential politicians, ETC. Start agitating for yourself&preparing a revolution
4) After victory, declare that now you are moving your country to communism, nationalize all resource deposits and big factories. Later, sell some of them to China to have strong backup.
5) Use profit from nationalized assets to roll in money, pay to your political allies and security units, and maybe, sometimes, especially before “elections” give something to your citizens.
6) Don’t forget to pay your national guard well to avoid fate of ♥♥♥♥♥ president and many other african politicians.
7) Recieve financial&political support from China so the country does not become too poor and other countries won’t invade it (since you have chinese backup)
