Works on any old Steam game. Lines to edit:

set steamOverlayPath=" C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\GameOverlayUI .exe"
Only if necessary.

set gameApp= splintercell3 .exe
Change the .exe filename for the current game. Check which .exe is running from the task manager, right click, "open file location" or "go to details".

Run game, minimize, run .bat, close .bat, maximize game. This also allow taking and uploading screenshots.
