Really fun strategy game, but it can be really frustrating at times. If you're a casual like me you should make save files left and right and redo that one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrorist mission over and over until you FINALLY get an "Excellent" rating on "Civillians Saved".

85% chance to hit? Better get a little bit closer just to make sure... Untargetable... FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- RELOAD GAME TIME!

10/10 strategy for beginners

This game is one of a kind, and I had a lot of fun playing it. Do I think it's worth $59.99? No. Compared to other recently released games such as GTA5, it doesn't stack up. The car mechanics are buggy and clunky, the main characters are awkward and boring, the mini-games take heavily away from the game's intended serious tone, and it's obvious most of the developer's focus went into putting a million little hackable things and background info for the pedestrians, however other features were left lacking (ex. incorrect reflections, shadow effects, water passing through your car, etc.). If you want to win every fight just buy a grenade launcher and stock up on grenades and IEDs. Police are chasing you? No problem just hop on a train and you're good. What saves this game is the amount of the side activities you can indulge yourself into and the multiplayer is pretty fun in my opinion. What I personally love about this game is the "strategy" aspect of it, where you can scout an area and eliminate every enemy without ever have been seen or physically in the area. You could go through the whole game, scarcely killing anyone if you wanted (I don't know who would). My advice if you are interested in getting this game is to wait until it's on sale for at least 50% off before buying it.
