You asked (not really), I decided to share: I haven't gotten any crashes at all in this game, and it's actually been running quite well with my pc. However I do agree that the optimization can be better, but I do run this game at ultra/high settings so that might affect things. At some point there was a bit of a graphic issue I did have, but was quickly resolved and that has only happened one time so far.
Other than that, yes it took forever to get the shaders downloaded, but did I wait to play until I got them downloaded? No simply because I wanted to be badA$$ joel.
Do I still recommend this game despite everyone else having a $hty experience? yeah
