Release:

Been some time since it was released, as it's 2/15/2018 now...

Still way too many cheaters. In solos, there are at least 10-20 / 100 using aimbots or wallhacks in every single game. The developers really do not care to improve the quality of this game. Reporting players for cheating in game does nothing. The maps are still horribly optimized, with windows/doors not even rendering for some people at times. All item/player data is constantly networked to every client, regardless of wether that client should hear/see other players, which makes wallhacks and such perfectly precise.

Loot crates, are totally exploitative in this game. You have to spend your hard earned in game points to buy crates, which are randomly doled out. Half of the time you can't open them without buying a key from the PUBG shop. Almost all of the loot from the crates is garbage, with decent items having far lower than 1% chance drops.

The new map is pretty awful, and most of the old bugs have not been fixed. You can still drop items through the world, get stuck in terrain... And with the vaulting added, you can vault into world gemoetry and get stuck forever.

Also, they removed all of the weather effects: fog/rain are just gone. Which is really stupid. The game is totally linear now.

Early Access:

Fun game, and good concept.

Unfortunately, the game runs very poorly on even the best hardware. This is unlikely to change without fixing the far clip plane (and hiding it with something like fog / depth of field blur). It is not possible to fix with the current infinite draw distance.

Foliage/grass does not render beyond a set distance, which means people can be seen hiding in grass if they are far enough from the observer. This is stupid, and needs to be fixed by:
1) forcing a near infinite rendering distance of grass, or
2) removing all grass completely, or
3) not rendering players for the observer if the target is consealed by grass.

LOD of tree models negatively affects occlusion, and they switch too early. This often causes the trees to noticeably shift slightly as they are approached. Because this causes the drawn model and polycount of trees to change, it affects visibility. You may be able to see through a low LOD tree, but not a high LOD tree. Players far away may view a low LOD model through a scope and see you through the tree canopy, while you can not see them since the high LOD model has more detail (leaves), And is shaped slightly different.

Doors sometimes do not open or close properly... when opening a visibly closed door, it may slam closed due to client/server sync problems. Doors and boarded windows do not render at all briefly when switching views (aiming down a scope). This allows you to see through them when you should not be able to. There are no portals or optimizations in place to stop the rendering of objects between walls and buildings. All players and items render all of the time through geometry (which hackers love).

The world model recycles buildings constantly. There is grass and foliage inside of some buildings.. sometimes trees. Often you will find open windows clipping with adjacent buildings, missing stair cases to the open roof, objects floating in the air, etc. While there are hundreds of buildings on the map, there are only a handful of original layouts that are just copypasted dozens of times.

Servers are slow. Hackers are everywhere.

Movement in first person is a bit clunky, and close quarters fighting is beyond awful due to poor server performance (high variance of a very low tick rate).

Net code favors players with very high pings. There seems to be no limit on unlag, which should be no more than 100ms. You can unload 30 rounds into someone with 500ms ping as they teleport around, and then die 300ms later as their packets catch up to their shots at you. They will take no damage, since their shots fired up to 500ms ago trump yours, which were fired slightly after theirs in real time. Regions exist for a reason. Please cap unlag, and force players with high pings to accept the delay from playing out of region.

The anti cheat (battle eye) causes constant crashes, often when any program draws an overlay (steam, rivatuner, etc). Yet, there are hackers in most matches using aimbot/wallhack/esp.

Multiple speed hackers could be seen each game around 30 days ago (October), where they would land fast and loot all of the l3 armor, 4/8x scopes, and suppressors before most people even left the plane.

Now, from 2am - 7am PST on US servers, you will see around 4-10 aimbots in each game .. they can usually be found in heavily populated areas.

Don`t even bother playing on asian servers, there are more hackers than normal players.

Still, despite all of this,
It is still fun when you win, or have a long match without spotting hackers.

It's a fun game if you like to run around for hours looking for ammo and killing the same trash mobs each time you pass by.
Oh, and if you die, it just respawns you, for a fee. And you'll still have to go find more ammo, because you don't get it back when you respawn.

Great for downloading workshop models.
As for gameplay, I have never tried it.

CS:GO Review
Worst game to run a community server for.
Balance and quality placed on the backburner so pockets can be mined.

Very close to the old EV games. Light storyline, mostly sandbox. Still has a few bugs/exploits and balancing issues, but a very fun game.

The art is quite good, and the story is cute and entertaining, at least for around 3 hours. Then the story dies out as some sexual content emerges. There's also no replay value.

The uncensored version has a lot of hentai scenes, which have been edited out here.

I would reccomend this game if you like comics/hentai stuff. But I would not if you like interactive games (point/click adventures) or games that are story-driven/story-rich. A graphic novel should be story-rich, but this fall short of that.

Don't waste your time. You just shoot zombies, that's all. The environments arn't really good quality, just plain/repetative layouts to provide locations for killing zombies.

I played this game for a bit, then got bored, jumped out of a window (and cratered quake 1 style, as if I was in a multiplayer match and it wasn't no thing), and then deleted local content.

Edit: the voice acting is bad too, and there's no story.

Unless you like mindlessly shooting humanoid things with no plot/goal, and don't mind hearing 'reloading" every 10 seconds, pass on this.

Strangest game ever, but in a good way. The story is dark and twisted. The humor is twisted also. It's got all of the classic horror elements... Moths, bare light bulbs dangling from fixtures, black and white/noir environments, maggots, etc. The dialogue is pretty varied, but always interesting. The puzzles and events are not annoying or tedious, and are entertaining enough as well. The story seems pretty linear. Choices don't seem to lead to long-lasting changes, they just trigger different cutscenes and replies that shortly follow, but it's fine.

Overall it's a really good game. The art style is... Interesting, a mix of photos/photomanipulation/drawing. It does a good job of creating environments that look both real (because of photos of real objects) and fake (due to odd arrangements and manipulation) at the same time, which is often disturbing.

The only major weak point is the character animation, which is a bit odd at times - sort of contorted cardboard puppet-like stuff going on. Usually it's pretty good and this is not too noticeable, but during long dialogue scenes with lots of back and fourth it can be a bit much. The UI is also a little weak, limited to up down left right and enter, which usually gets the job done. However, character movement sometimes interferes with item selection, which can be annoying.

Best and saddest ending of any game I've ever played.
