1 VAC ban is for Counter Strike: Source, and applies to all Source games.
This ban occurred 9 years ago when I was 10 years old, the game's unique weapon mechanics were clearly too difficult for me and I thought that this would be a great idea to try apparently, so that landed me with a ban that has lasted about 3,285 days so far.
1 VAC ban is for Rust.
My most recent ban; this occurred over 2,000 days ago and was the result of an increasing frustration to the game. The game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥: spend 10 hours gathering resources and constructing a base, and then lose it all to a single mistake and a couple of minutes. I know that doesn't justify my actions; I'm plagued with this permanent label on my profile that people constantly prejudice against when I'm playing good, and the inability to play some games that a lot of my friends play.
I don't cheat anymore.
