While the lack of performance is definitly there, it doesn't bother me that much. (still getting 30 to 40 FPS) I have issues with other aspects of the game. Like the graphics. I really do not think they are that good. Also the lack of so many little animations, (building/upgrading houses, people actually using the competely oversized college football field etc) Another example: Busstops now "change" the whole length of a street instead of only a little section. This just looks wrong.

All together this feels MEH. And only MEH.

I love how most of the negative reviews are from people who just don't understand the simple mechanics of the game.
The game itself is fine. I loved it so far.
