If you live in Perth and twitch and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for you (it buffers even if you have NBN) you can download a chrome extension that allows you to change the twitch server and fix the problem. The problem is that we get directed to the asian twitch servers. Try changing it to sydney first, or to other asian servers. American etc etc. It worked for me changing to Sydney and I live in Perth. The issue must be because the undersea cable between Perth and Asia is ♥♥♥♥/under high load. I guess this explains why they are currently building a new cable. Here is the download link:
