There is a great feeling with your pointless options in the game.
Ex: *Miley Cyrus wrecking ball starts to play*
>option 1: I love this song
>option 2: I HATE this song
>option 3: What is this song? I haven't heard this before...
Don't worry, no matter what you pick you get the same reaction and the story *progresses*

There are at least 5 instances of these types of choices

Another great example:
*Oh no I am pregnant and my aunt asked if everything was ok*
>Picks option to "tell her that you are preggos"
"No I'm fine, nothing is wrong"

It's fun to make fun of with friends until you get to the extremely detailed rape scene, or the part where the game is over about 20 minutes in

Best ending in any video game I have played, hardest boss in any game I can remember playing, and was funny as well as original.

Everyone like creating prisons, I however seem only able to make small concentration camps, where 80% of people are awaiting to enter the one solitary confinement chamber and I MUST shakedown at least twice a day to prevent the riots (which are going to happen anyways) from murdering all my guards. When I tried to improve it to make their lives better they revolted and killed everyone.

I'll be honest, I love this game, alot. The problem is the game is so buggy it hurts.

-Pros
--It's a Obsidian* RPG, you're gonna have a good time
--Loads of conent and story, especially with this edition
--Decent weapon variety and perks/skills
--Gambling

-Cons
--It will crash alot at random moments, you will have to accept these faults or get a mod to fix it.
--The overlapping quests bug eachother out alot and make some impossible to complete, many ways in which there is no way to fix it (even through mods).
--Gambling

For as much as I have played this game I spent at least 15% of the time going through the wiki to fix bugs or opening up console to try and correct some stupid in game error, and even after all these years the fact that it is still this unpolished leaves me to rate it down.

I ate more stimpacks during this dlc (~5 hours) than I did in the previous 40 hours of actually playing fallout new vegas.
I hated it so much, the entire time; the enemies, the environment, the lack of weapons.
Looking back on it (around the last 10 mintues of gameplay), I can honestly say I enjoyed it.

8/10 for tormenting my soul
(without Dean this dlc would be a 6/10, but he is just so damn good)

For anyone who claims this dlc was too hard: Filthy Casuals

Rockets bounce off windows you have already destroyed.
10/10 would bounce a rocket at friend again.

I'll be honest, I don't feel entirely comfortable in a bank anymore.
I count guards, watch for cameras, and always look for the vault.
This game makes you see the world in a new light.

9 year later edit: Yes, this review makes me cringe every time I read it but I'm keeping it. The game has been absolutely solid, despite some scummy dlc policies it frequently goes on sale and you don't even need the new dlc heists to play them online. Gameplay has held true and keeps me playing even after almost a decade of time since my original purchase. Definitely one of the goats.

My favorite part of this game is that when you die you can become a ghost that passively makes everyone grow insane, at which point those people go insane and die to insanity monsters: creating more ghosts to make the living even more insane.
My reaction when my death will eventually cause everyone else to die with me = Priceless.
