When dressed for the job, personal appearance and dress immediately impress. Distinctive, perhaps distinguished. When working with a set of data, Flabbie is beginning to learn how to organize the results, but is not yet ready or competent enough to draw the right conclusions. Generally clean and tidy, but at times, their work-station needs organizing and tidying. Sometimes Flabbie fails to clean up at the end of the day. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes.
