Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. Interested in learning about other people and the world, but tends to let others ask the questions and find the answers. Sarge enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Sarge engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust.
