WIP REVIEW:
Best ARPG experience for me.
I play HC - this is like DCSS with mad upgrades.
So good. I'VE NEVER HAD A HARDCORE EXPERIENCE THIS GOOD BEFORE.
Current season Dawn of the Hunt is WAY MORE DIALED IN in my opinion. As is POE2 is a much better HC game.

It seems like there are some people complaining. I can understand that. You can still get your build dialed in, and I'm referencing a character I took to top 200 on my hardcore first character, you just need to be a little bit more careful. The game is not as easy as it was on the first season. The maps are bigger the mobs do feel healthier and you maybe have less abilities unbalanced AKA one-shotting everything for no reason. It's an upgrade.

I also love how this second season includes more character levels in the current campaign Arc. It does make some of the content a little rippier than it was, but you actually feel like you're playing more of an in-game campaign now even though it is just mirrored 123. So far I've had more memorable experiences than last season.

More methodical gameplay that promotes game knowledge over screen wipe, choices feel like they matter more, more support gems to choose from, more classes to play, Day 3 big thumbs up.

Will update as the game unfolds.

Excited to see where Witchfire takes me.
Amount of content feels like EA but the quality of that content is superb.
Eagerly awaiting updates, thank you devs - The Astronauts.

A more user friendly version of CDDA that offers quality mods, multiplayer, graphics!, and a fun real time combat system.

One of the best tactics games I have ever played.
Real up-and-comer, can't wait to see more in this title.
Defo worth the purchase as is ATM IMO!

Barely runs on my PC (minimum requirements here) + constant black screen issues // constant visual bug <- Reducing resolution currently to compensate.
Still, I am enjoying ER! even with the issues and I am *fingerscrossed* hoping these graphics issues get ironed for better QoL play sessions.

There's a lot water, cppl of zombie, NBD, the sound effects are on point.
Wonder if the roaming boss they are adding will be hella cool.

Update:
6/10 is my verdict as well..
Could be great...! I am really hoping this title receives more development.
The game is fun there is just hardly any game there.

Mixed would be more accurate for my feelings on this title.

Wow. Didn't think I would like this. IDK why exactly either. All the other bad Aliens games I think.
It's really, really good. Awesome job Cold Iron Studios and thanks for turning this IP around.

There are some QoL issues that might ruin you experience (water).
If you can manage to find you pacing with the game, it is quite excellent.
