Overall: 7/10
If you like GTA games but prefer a more story rich and story focus, then Mafia:: Definitive Edition is the game.

Graphics: 9/10
This game looks absolutely great. Well deserve the "Definitive Edition".

Story: 7/10
Story wise it's very typical Mafia story where every thing is about family, buddies and gang fights. It's an okay story, simple and touching but definitely lacks some twist or the "wow" factor.

Combat: 6/10
Combat is simple and similar to GTA but without customization of guns, limited choice of guns, and you can only carry 2 guns at once. You press a button to stick to walls or objects for cover, then aim and shoot. You can do stealth attacks that will not alarm the others like Arkham games (Batman). Overall in terms of combat, there's nothing new or exciting, it feels very dated but still an okay combat.

Gameplay: 6/10
I think the game overall is a hit or miss. You may prefer GTA games for the freedom like free roam, free customizations for your characters, vehicles, guns and etc. But for Mafia, it's all locked or unable to change. There's no customization for character outfits, guns or vehicles and no free roam(if you playing story mode). The game just keeps moving on from story to story, from 1 chapter to another. There's no in between breaks for you to freely roam around the city or just do anything you want. But it is a more story rich or story focus game as compared to GTA games. Narration is good, there's a good balance of combat, travelling and cutscenes. There's also a mode that's called "Simulation" that changes the environment such as police will chase after you for speeding, dangerous driving and etc. Overall in terms of gameplay, it's an okay game with good balance of combat and cutscenes.

Final Fantasy X: 8/10
Even for a 2013 game(Remastered) it still look acceptable. The story is well written as well which good characters. Combat is the classic Turn-Based RPG which is pretty good. FF-X is a good Final Fantasy experience that should not be missed.

Note:
There has been lots of complaint and Meme's about the game being Green Screen whenever there are CGI. This is present for me as well. To Fix this, you have to run the game with Admin.

Final Fantasy X: Eternal Calm: N/A
A story video/movie to connect the dots between FF-X and FF X-2.

Final Fantasy X-2: 6/10
The game is not a must play, but does have it own unique features. It feels more of a standalone game but it is a continuation of the story from FF-X at the same time not very
related. Combat is very different form FF-X, it is turn-based with real time action. If played in the default mode, even when thinking or selecting abilities, the enemies are still moving and can hit you. It is a constant pressure to make decisions fast and planning ahead, IMO, I'm not a big fan of it. Besides that the game is actually ok. They have unique classes call Dress Spheres, that you can change a character's class from Rogue, Black Mage, Samurai, Dark Knight, etc.
*It does have one of the best songs in game.

Final Fantasy X-2: Last Mission: 2/10
It's one of the worst game I ever experienced. I did not finish the game. The game is about the last mission for the team in FF X-2.

Some helpful guides:

BEST JRPG 2021!!!
Combat is fluid, Animation is superb, OST/BGM fantastic and Story is Awesome with huge plot twist.
It is a must buy for any JRPG fans and all "Tales of" Fans.
Good introduction to the "Tales of" series.
*Guide section below*

Note:
DLC only contains cosmetics, levels & Gald/Gold(Ease of grind) and BGM
IMO there is nothing that would affect your experience tremendously in the game.
Some skills/abilities are limited to the DLC but you don't need any of it to clear the game.
Some may argue that during camping, advertisements may affect immersion. But to me it is so small it is practically not there.

Graphics: 10/10
This is the BEST looking JRPG 2021. They finally use unreal engine 4 and the results is just magnificent. Everything is so clear and detailed. Every skills, every hit, every combo and tag-team skills looks SO GOOD!!! Every weapon and outfit you change will be reflected in all the cutscenes(except for the anime-style). There are different moves and special abilities that have their own cutscenes which is AWESOME!!! The game runs superbly well even though the game looks so good.

For Skits, they are generally use for lore or just basic conversation between the characters or about the world in general will be in skits. And the skits are using the new style which is Manga style and it is so GOOD. They are not static or expressionless, every characters are showing their own expressions from head to toes they can move to show their expressions. Every armor or weapon or outfits that you changed or currently using will also reflect in the cutscenes.

However, personally there are some disappointments. Because the in-game models look so good they tend to over use it. As a result, there is actually less "Anime-style" cutscenes compared to the previous gameas like Vesperia/Berseria which has tons of anime cutscenes. Although, there are very little "Anime-style", when they do appear, it is top notch quality(made by ufotable btw). Another issue is that, although cooking is a big part of the game, you don't actually see them cooking or preparing. Lastly, they did remove the end battle posing which is sad, I do miss those posing.

Story: 8/10 (No spoiler, just brief summary)
The story is very good as you can expect from any of the "Tales of" games. This story consists of 2 different races, Dahnan(Poor, lower class, slaves) and Renan(Rich, upper class, has magic abilities). And you will adventure along with the main characters to fight against slavery, solving different problems along the way, bonding with each members and discover the Origins of the both races. Expect some huge plot twist.
However, I do believe there are some lacking areas such as if you do not play the side-quest, camping or cooking, you would feel that the characters did not bond very well or do not feel as close family members as the game is portraying in the main quest. Well it is a JRPG, they do expect you to play some of the side-quests.

Gameplay: 9/10
The game is actually very linear but you are free to adventure as you like as well. It is not an "actual open-world" like witcher 3, but more of a mobs spawn in the map and you run into it for the combat to begin like an instance. This is actually the same in Tales of Berseria.

The tutorial will teach most of the crucial functions in game but not everything. You do have to experiment or base on your sense to try certain functions such as show all quest using d-pads and Press Y (Xbox-controller) to use heal in character menu to heal all characters are not taught during tutorials. You can also RUN on road and faster climbing speed using RT (Xbox-controller) which I could not remember the tutorial ever showing it.

In addition, the game does very well in mixing between combat and story. You don't have to fight a bunch of enemies for hours(Except for the last boss) just to reach another cutscene or fight too little that you just spend time watching an anime rather than playing. Most of the time you would enter a dungeon, and fight mobs, in between will have short skits / cutscenes.

Besides, there are alot of side activities to do in the game from, mining, fishing, cooking and hunting Owls(Hootle) to receive more cosmetics. Side quests will provide skill points, items and some will give certain characters new skill trees. Some side activities can also give certain characters new skill trees as well. Hence, it is worth to do some of the side activities and side quests.

For traveling, it is so much easier compared to the previous "Tales of" games. You can unlock teleport locations and just teleport to those specific locations which covers almost every place. There is no cost and no cooldown, just spam it as much as you wish. And you can use Running as early as I can remember which allows you to move so much faster and avoid any unnecessary fights.

Combat: 10/10
Super fluid, Super fun, almost everything is customizable(skills, item usage, AI's movement ). The combat is very similar to all the other "Tales of" games with normal attacks, Artes(skills/abilities), Secret Artes, Mystic Artes. You have normal attack limits(no. of times you can perform a normal attack), Artes Gauge aka. AG ( no. of orbs you have to spend for skills/abilities) and Boost Gauge aka. BG (to allow characters to perform QTE/ support abilities). The combat is simple yet challenging at the same time. Providing you with a lot of different skills but does require some testing to ensure that the skills you use can combo or has synergies. You also have skills trees / grid that you unlock as you progress through the game or perform specific task required to unlock it. The skills trees generally will allow to learn more abilities and passive buffs. You can also perform tag-team combo skills when you hit an enemy alot of times or when it is near it's death. You can choose any character to perform it but the 2nd character to combo with will always be random.

*It is recommended to play at Moderate difficulty (yeah there is another difficulty call normal)
Moderate difficulty will allow for more challenging fights but will require to grind some Exp and Gald
Normal difficulty is just a breeze, will reduce grind and allow more story focus.
Grinding = simple mob slaying or using food buffs all the time for mining.

OST/BGM: 9/10
The music aspect of the game is just wonderful, OST feels so modern and exciting. The BGM is every fight makes you feel like you are in the actual battle. Ending song is just so touching and sad.
However, I do feel that sometimes the song were not played enough or some of the tracks could have brought out more emotions especially during sad moments.

Guide
1. Always use food buffs, EXP & Drops are the most important. Unless you are adventuring into new places or dungeons, use HP regen buff / Atk/ Elemental Atk buffs.

2. Unlock ranch as soon as possible to gather Meat for cooking.

3. Every 1 hour in-game, remember to use the campfire and chat with characters that have a message icon. By doing this for a set number of times, it will unlock new animation skills(Mystic Artes) for the character. Every character should have 2 Mystic Artes, 1st is given free and 2nd is unlock through this campfire bonding.

4. DO NOT sell any weapons and accessories, they can be upgraded for future uses. You can sell armors.

5. Always replenish Potions/Gels. But DO NOT over spend on Potions/Gels in the early game, you will get a lot from boxes in dungeons. x5-10 of each type(HP/MP) should be enough for 1 dungeon.

6. IMO using food buff that increase Drop from enemy is the best for ginding. You can Earn Gald + Exp at the same time.

Early Access Review
Overall: 8/10
The game is similar, but not same as Pokemon, yet better in so many aspects.
It has Co-op mode, PvP, Raid, Cosmetics. Luma("Shiny" in Pokemon terms), Housing, Guilds, Teleport, Breeding... etc.
The game is not even finished(at time of review, 2021), yet so many islands to explore and temtem to catch.
Combat is similar yet so different and unique.
In my opinion, it's the best "creature collector" game currently on PC.
*There are useful websites / guides below*

Story: N/A
Honestly, I did not play the game for the story. However, the cutscenes or chats are not voice acted they just make blah blah blah weird sounds to act as talking. And I just skip most of the time, so I can't rate this aspect of the game.

Graphics: 8/10
I believe the graphic or art-style is a hit or miss. Some may not like it, some may prefer the pokemon anime style. But, honestly, it looks good in game. Every moves have different animations, some temtem even have their own special moves that are unique to them which has extremely nice animations or cutscenes. There is also a move that makes the temtem blink and hit the enemy from the back with the highest speed priority call "Ninja-justsu". How is that not cool~

Battle: 9/10
Battle mechanics are very similar to Pokemon but with differences. In temtem, all temtems have HP and Stamina(Mana). So each moves chosen will consume a certain "Stamina". If the temtem's technique uses more "Stamina" than remaining "Stamina", the temtem will damage itself (overexertion). If there is 0 Stamina, the temtem cannot use any techniques, only items or rest (restore a % of stamina). Another difference from Pokemon is that, there is "NO RNG" such as "Critical Hits" or "Miss". Another great system is that once you capture a temtem, you gain the information about the the temtem which will allow you to be able to differentiate whether your temtem's moves or techniques will deal super effective or ineffective damage. So you don't have to memorize every temtem's weakness.

Besides that, it should be almost the same as Pokemon having stats such as speed determining which temtem goes first.
There is also Single Values(SV) that is random additional stats, Training Values (TV) which gain stats by defeating temtem that provides that stats. Then, there is passive skill that each temtem will have. It is also a 2v2 battle system, so each trainer will summon 2 temtems to battle and each has their own turn to decide what to do. Then, there are also status effects such as sleep, poison, burn.. etc.

Gameplay: 8/10
In terms of gameplay, it is also very similar to Pokemon games. You catch temtems, level them up, learn new moves, progress story, defeat gym leaders and catch more temtems. However, there are so many side activities that could be done in temtem.

There is a Luma Hunting(Shiny Pokemon) which is expected to be 1 / 8000 encounters (2021). It sounds like alot but there are so many other methods to increase the odds. Firstly, there is the Saipark, depending on the week it could be a stats increase or a luma encounter increase and each week will have different temtems. Next the best method is to actually buy or trade with other players. Pansun (in-game gold) may be difficult to earn in the early stages of the game, but as you progress there is just more ways and efficient ways to earn pansun. Lasty, is a weekly reset which allows you to defeat the gym leaders that you have already defeated for a rare item call "Radar" which increase odds. The radar will only have a 400 encounter and once it reaches, the item breaks. More details are down below at the guide section.

There is a Co-op mode which you can play with another friend / player. The Co-op will scale down to the lowest player progress. Since it is a 2v2 battle system, 1 friend will control 1 of the temtem and the other will control 1 as well. Each player will have 3 temtem in control but only 1 can be summoned out for battle unless switched.

There are Raids as well which guarantees to drop a legendary temtem egg every week. Yes it is a weekly, you can do more but will not drop any eggs. The raid is a very unique "Rogue-like" style. You can enter the raid with 1-5 players (5 recommended) which each has different paths, random temtems and random encounters/missions. To enter the boss fight, players will have to collect a certain number of Jewels which will be rewarded while progressing through the paths and choices made by the player. More detail information down below the guide section.

There are also so many different cosmetics, hidden temples that can catch Eevees (evolve into different types) but in temtem. There are just so many things that are Quality of Life system that is lacking in Pokemon such as an instant swaping or temtem arrangement at the bottom right. It allows player to switch or decide which temtem to be the 1st and 2nd. Instead of having a pokemon to learn flying, you can instantly teleport to main cities or areas (not all places). But, you have to finish a certain quest first. There are alot more but I couldn't list everything here.

Useful Websites / Guides
1) Weekly Reset Activities - https://tem.team/weekly
It informs about the weekly Saipark temtem rate ups, weekly freemtem(quest) rewards and type of Koish
Saipark = safari zone in pokemon
Freetem = Releasing a number of temtem and receive reward base on the milestones
Koish = Is a fish that somehow has many different typings/ elements.

2) Daily postal service - https://temtem.fandom.com/wiki/Postal_service
A daily reset that requires you to deliver postal / packages to different people in different places.
You will need this because currently (2021) there is no tracker in-game, you have look for them manually.
Just scroll down, find the name of the recipient and the Red Dot would appear in the map showing the location.

3) Element Strength and Weaknesses - https://www.polygon.com/guides/2020/1/24/21080392/temtem-type-strength-weakness-chart-super-effective
Although there is an in-game system that helps, but still just in case you need it.

4) Radar - Luma Hunting (not my video)

4) Raids Explanation, it is not my video, but I found it helpful so I am sharing it here.

Overall: 7/10
It's a great party game to play with a group of friends, trying different strategy, different classes and different skills.
You can add more diversity and more hours into the game by installing different mods which gives new content, new classes, quality of life, etc.
Warning: Playing alone would affect the experience and my score is base on perspective of multiplayer.

Graphics: 7/10
The game is basically an "Action-RPG" just like Path of Exile(PoE) or Diablo but more cartoon-ish. It's a positive and negative aspect but does not really affect me. Some may like the art style some may not. All the skills have their effects and there is just so much skill particles and effects going on sometimes it will just lag. I would say that is part of the fun as well. Furthermore, that is just 1 character and u have 5 other characters(party members) that are blasting their own skills.

Gameplay: 7/10
As mentioned the game is just like Path of Exile(PoE) or Diablo but with more skills flying left and right. The game basically accepts quest follow the quest to level up or kill mobs. You get gears or equipments from shops or bosses. Following the quest it will bring you to the dungeons and bosses. and thats about it, just kill and kill and kill and kill and kill.

Combat: 8/10
Combat wise you just keep spamming skills but it also depends on your character's skill build. There are alot of different classes but mainly they are mages, archers and brawlers. So you hit stuff in melee range using buffs to enhance your attacks or you use range attacks that uses physical or you become a mage that spams skills. Mostly spamming skills is the safest way because mobs just hit too pain for any melee builds.

Story: N/A
I have no idea what the story is about, I just played with my friends and it was a blast.

< Played Tales of Vesperia > < Did Not Play Tales of Zesteria >
Overall : 8/10
A good game with good combat and story.
Although I did not play Zesteria, the game actually does feel like a standalone game.
Definitely buy and play the game even if it's your first tales game.
*You can also claim additional free dlc(Gifts) from steam which will help you in the game.

Story: 8/10
Just as the title of the game, it's all about revenge, betrayal (Amogus) and the journey towards it. Along the way, meeting different people, learning about the world and understanding each person's creed. As expected from the "Tales of" series, each main character will get their turn to shine, explore and understand them.

Graphics: 7
For the cutscenes and all the anime style animations, it is SUPERB. It can beat any modern day anime easily.
However, for the in-game cutscenes, where they use their game engine, graphically speaking it is just acceptable. It does look abit dated but in terms of JRPG it still looks okay.

Gameplay: 8
The gameplay is very similar to any other "Tales of" game but more refined. You would walk around to travel but does not require to ride ships across continents manually, the travel is instant. It solves the problem of searching for a location or unsure where to go which the problem is present in Vesperia. In addition, there is also gearing but with more depth. You can enhance gears or dismantle gears to gain materials. You can also learn the "Weapon Skill" same as other "Tales of" games by using the weapon.

Combat: 8
Combat is more fluid than Vesperia. In Berseria, the skills or artes are divided into 2 parts, martial artes and hidden artes; and then each will have their element(fire, thunder, water, wind, physical). To perform the artes, it's just simple button smashing. Ex. for X-box controller, A>A>A>A or A>B>A>X or Y>Y>X>X. You can set each combination and which skill you would like to use for that button. The game also emphasizes a lot on blocking and abit of dodging. There is also few special skills for each character that once perform would have a special animation. Instead of using items to view enemy weaknesses in Vesperia, Berseria has a button that instantly pause the combat and reveals the enemy's information such as weaknesses and resistance which is a great function. The other items such as potions and fashion items remain roughly the same.

*Real Yakuza use a Gamepad*
Overall: 8/10
It's the PERFECT introduction game into the series that tells the backstory of the both main characters.
Buy the game if you are looking for a "Brawler" + "Good Story" game.
*WARNING: It is a very "Heavy Cutscene" game, most of the time will be spend on watching cutscenes.

Story: 8/10
The story mainly focus on the backstory for Kiryu and Majima which will be further explored down the yakuza series. It begins abit slow by introducing tutorials and how real yakuza acts or work. After that, the story will begin with Kiryu, then Majima, then goes back to Kiryu....etc. It has its reason as it relates to the story which is why it keeps jumping from 1 character to another. Both tells a very good story and their journey to become a true YAKUZA.

Graphics: 8/10
It's definitely look like those old games that haven been remastered to Full HD(I mean it in a good way). It still looks super nice and don't feel it has aged any. There are modern cutscenes that show very clear and real facial expressions of the characters with all the hair, mustache and other details. But, definitely there are small parts outside the cutscenes that feel old and blur but you really don't notice them in the background. So it's a really very nice looking modern game.

Combat: 8/10
Combat wise it's pretty simple, by pressing light attacks and then heavy to make a combo. You can use abilities and it will enter into cutscenes with super HD that shows every single detail from bruise to bloods. You can grab and use almost every object that is possible in real life as a weapon, ex katana, knife, gun, stick, bicycle, cones and etc. Each type of weapon will also have similar but different cutscenes when you use abilities, even different surroundings will perform different cutscenes for abilities.

Gameplay: 8/10
The gameplay is "HEAVY Cutscenes". If you are not into watching anime/movies, this game is not for you. You spend almost 50-60% of the time watching cutscenes. It goes from cutscenes to combat, to moving around fighting different people or looking for different people. There are also alot of mini-games that you will be introduced to some and enjoy some of them like GTA games. When moving around in the game, you will also have random encounter which will trigger the combat and you will have to fight them(cannot escape). It can be annoying at times when you want to rush to certain location or just moving around. Overall, the biggest concern is the heavy cutscenes, which may not be suitable for everyone.

*There is NO MATCH MAKING* would be 8/10 if there is match making.
It's an open world, you can play with friends and public(other players) but lacks the actual multiplayer feels.
It's a FUN driving game but not much PvP or end game content.
DO NOT buy if you are looking for a PvP driving game.

Graphics: N/A
You must have the requirements to run the game as MAX and it will be beautiful.
IF you have a low spec PC/Laptop it will not look good at all.
*So the score for this aspect will not be counted as it is highly dependent on your hardware.*

Story: 5/10
Very simple and short story that you could end the game around 20 hours.
The story takes from the perspective of a racing crew that is facing against cops that is trying to clear the streets.
It's not bad but not the best.

Gameplay: 7/10
There is 2 system in the game, Day = legal races and Night = Illegal races. Day would be to earn cash and Night to earn reputation for "Leveling Up". It's very fun as you do not just stay in one place or time as you have to keep changing and do different races. There are also different races including, sprint(Not Drag racings), Circuits(where you have laps), Drifting and off-road races. Difficulty is extremely easy, even for medium difficulty(have not tried hard). Really not much competition except for when you just started with the given "free car". You will end the game without having the highest or best tier cars or even the end game cars, it is that easy.

Driving / Cars: 8/10
The driving aspect of the game is definitely top notch, there are different cars and all can be tuned for every kind of situation or game modes example, racing or drifting or off-roads(dirt/sands). Every car can be tuned from turbo to engine swaping to changing suspension. Every car also can be modified from body kits, headlights, hoods, spoilers, and etc. There are also a lot of different terrains for racing from mountains, dirt, sand, road and cities. The police/cops will chase you during the night if you have heat (similar system to GTA's star). In the beginning the cops will be very difficult to shake-off and they just keeps ramping you making it very difficult during the night races. It does make the game more challenging and exciting and more RNG as the cops may or may not spawn during a race.

Multiplayer
You join in a server very much like GTA 5 online but you have way less people in 1 server(16 to be exact). You can still play with your friends or other players but you can only invite those people in the same server and whether they accept is up to them. So it is rather difficult to play with public (other players). There is NO match making or any way to play a certain game mode and to automatically fill them with "REAL PLAYERS". Most of the time you would be in the open world but playing alone which is very sad.

Definitely the best introduction game to the 'Tales of" series. It is not too old that it looks dated and has the modern gameplay.
Expect the game to tell a wonderful and beautiful story with 50+ hours of gameplay.
It's not grindy and there are also additional files you can download from steam which allows you to claim gold, exp and costumes.

*Voice Acting*
Some reviewers have brought up the issue of voice acting for the English version. The original cast is Troy Baker(famous voice actor) for the main character of the game, but the definitive edition has some addition cutscenes that is using a different voice actor. Hence, there will be some scenes which the voice may be different slightly. Sometimes it's not obvious but overall you really don't notice it most of the time.
The Japanese voice acting has totally no changes to the cast, so no problem there.
Both English and Japanese has excellent voice acting, play whichever you prefer.
*I used English version*

Graphics: 9/10
Honestly speaking this is one of the most beautiful game from a definitive edition. It feels like a modern game and has not aged at all. However, I do believe the art-style can be a hit or miss for some people, so preview the gameplay on youtube before purchase. There are also anime style cutscenes for imporatant moments which has the quality of a modern anime.

Combat: 7/10
Combat is a very simple combo spamming and skills spamming fights. You can button mash and still win fights even for boss fights. You can use all the characters in your party including, archer, mage, warrior(main character) and etc. So, changing weapons will not affect the skills or combo.

Story: 10/10
The tales of vesperia is a very good story telling game + anime. It follows the story of adventurers travelling in the world, experiencing different events, solving different personal and world problems. Each character has their own story and reasons which each of them will grow together.

Gameplay: 9/10
The game is a very simple, traveling, fighting, talking, cutscenes and thats about it. There is no need for grinding better gears or gold or levels. The game provides them to you as you travel or move to different places, as long as you try to open as much treasures as you can find. You can also download the extra content from steam to get boost for exp/gold/costumes. Everything is explained in detailed and the pacing is very good that you will learn and remember everything needed to beat the game. The OST / BGM is superb as well which enriches the game and making it more immersive.

*I have not played Monster Hunter*
Overall: 6/10
If you like Anime and Monster Hunter: Buy it on DISCOUNT
If you just want to try "Monster Hunter" style game: just buy Monster Hunter
Not really grindy but definitely has to farm certain materials to craft weapons and etc.

Graphics/ Animation: 7/10
There is a lot of cutscenes and are mostly using the game art style/ engine so it may not be the best. However, from time to time there will be very good "anime" style cutscenes that is just top notch. Everything is voice acted and animated, so it's a pretty good anime game.

Combat: 7/10
Combat is pretty good, you have simple combos, variety of weapons, guns, shields. Each weapons can have different skills/ move set that makes it even more different and diverse. You can try every single weapon without the needed to do any pre-requisite/quests. From what I heard, it is similar to "Monster Hunter" that you hit the monter's parts, break it and it will be take more damage for that part and so on.

Gameplay: 5/10
You spend most of the time watching cutscenes or in battle. The maps are extremely limited. You just keep playing the same map over and over again even though you are at the highest rank. The worst part is that the combat does not link/connect with the story. Ex. you have to travel to a certain place to save a certain person, you will have to fight at a map that you have played for a million times and somehow during the cut scenes you would appear in a different place. It's just not consistent from the combat to the story.

Story: 5/10
You play as a role of God Eater killing monsters and at the same time you are a father. It is an okay story, not very exciting or sad or scary. It does not explore much of other character's story, just very brief and short. Not very good but cannot be considered as bad.
