hi, i'm vivi.

i've played video games since as long as i can remember, and i think the very first one i played was either pokemon soulsilver on my first DS or some obscure retro title that will come back to me someday... you know those plug-n-play games they used to sell for old TVs? might've been one of those.

anyways, i have a lot of weird favorites. my favorite game of all time will forever be the legend of zelda: twilight princess. i have replayed this game through and through, speedran it a few times, and watched so much content about it too. it was my favorite game growing up on my gamecube too, even if i was just oddly obsessed with the fishing and running around as wolf link. #neurodivergent i guess.

i love a lot of other titles too. some that i frequent, talk about or otherwise go back to time and time again include:
- splatoon
- genshin impact
- honkai: star rail
- minecraft
- stardew valley
- league of legends
- pokemon (excluding gen 9, as i haven't extensively played it)
- terraria
- kingdom hearts (especially 2)
- animal crossing

i have an affinity for MMORPGs despite what this list will lead you to believe, i'm just still waiting for the day one comes around that i really like and can sink thousands of hours into. but otherwise i love anything with a good story, good mechanics, and something to just numb my mind to.
