I highly recommend this game, and this is my reason why:

I am both an avid lover of Touhou games and Metroidvania style games. This fits what I look for perfectly and I highly recommend it for those who like both genres. Although it doesn't have a crazy amount of bullet hell like a typical Touhou game, the difficulty is not lowered because of just that. Multiple types of monsters, fairies, flying books (yes, my favorite), and even time itself is an enemy or ally, depending on which stage you are on.

Visually it's a simplistic yet beautiful designed game and honestly I enjoy how fluid Sakuya's movements are. Enemy sprites vary and are a pleasant sight on the eyes with different colors and animations. My favorite to that would be the Time mechanic and how everything turns a rough gray, minus monsters immune to Time Stop and platforms which retain their current color. Boss fights are all unique with their own special abilities you have to face and figure out how to counter before death, especially if you're as bad as me, there is a lot of death first run through. :D

At the moment, the game currently has only 3 of 5 stages available but I honestly look forward to what they come out with next. I'm excited to fight Remilia and Flandre and to see how they will change the ways they both fight, but not just with the boss fights, the floor stages as well. New monsters and mechanics? Definitely worth my money.
