After the leviathan DLC, I can no longer recommend the game. It completly destroyed the roleplaying aspect of the game by allowing you to easily create mega cities with hundreds of development and being very broken in general.

I have had no problem with the DLC policy but the latest DLC is in the wrong direction. So if you're looking to buy the game I can only recommend the game up to patch 1.30.6. after that it's pretty bad tbh.
