i used to play tekken, but i only played with my friends or people i knew because i didnt want to lab 77 characters with 150 moves each (and also didnt wanna deal with awful online connections)

coming to strive online i immediately noticed the rollback and was able to play with my friend on 200 ping with almost no issues, but what hit me the most was that playing against the cast of strive i never felt that was getting hit by something gimmicky or cheap, i never felt frustrated playing strive online.

i actually had fun with losing games, maybe its because im so conditioned to getting hit by snake edges from someone on some obscure character that i've never played against before while playing tekken

i'd recommend this to anyone getting into fighting games, best tutorial i've seen in a fighting game by a long shot with many resources given to you by the game to get better

that's all just from a gameplay standpoint too, strive has some great visuals, interesting characters and most of all a BANGER soundtrack. (oh and it has a 'campaign' where you literally watch a movie)
