This is great and I'll get back to it at some point soon.

As a previous raid healer, I'm going to have some bias, naturally, but this scratches the itch and itches the scratch.

I like that you can kinda create your own class out of classic classes you're probably already used to. I was messing with druid and ended up with "jesus beams" (chain heal) and realized how insanely cool it would be if you could do that in regular mmo style games. however, this is a lot of fun and challenging like it should be.

i'd love to see a way for a coop style with this same format - so say like a 10 man raid style dungeon. love to see it as is though, so much fun.

can't wait to continue playing this as it develops, really great start.

So...here's the thing. I /don't/ recommend this game to someone who is here because they're a Sims fan and they somehow think that Inzoi will be a .. uh, cheaper replacement with vastly better graphics. Cheaper replacement? No, not really, not yet anyway. I'd say this is like..a step forward from a Tech Demo (which isn't a bad thing because player feedback will definitely help the game along). It's wonky. Janky and any other word that is similar.

Now, that being said. Overall, the experience here is ... very slow (on default time which is 96 minutes per day). Even something as mindless as pulling out a chair feels...really slow. It's nice that you can hold shift while the Zoi is walking somewhere to force them to run, but even that feels slow. Driving is.. a lot of..loading? I haven't tried manual driving yet, will do so later, but... you get in the car and sit there. Then it starts to drive - loading screen, then you enter in a new area and slowly come to a stop, leave your car in the middle of the road when you right click to exit it (even on a schedule they don't seem to get out of the car on their own), and then go about whatever it is that you were going to do.

An example of slow is going to college. It starts at 9am. Your zoi... leaves for it at 9am. By the time my zoi actually reached the class it was already 1030am and then, since it's a rabbit hole - I want to speed it up, but can only go to x8 instead of like after 11pm when you're sleeping, it'll crank to 30x. You can't do that for school, so you... just sit there and occasionally change what you're doing? Yay? It's I don't even know how long it takes, I ended up opening a game on my phone to .. sit and wait for class to be done. That's.. hopefully fixed in the future.

Alright, enough griping because I actually do think the game is pretty good. Attention to detail is something that I find myself loving, as an avid Project Zomboid and CDDA fan - for the detail, they don't.. really relate to this game whatsoever - I love seeing the cooking detail, or little actions in how the zoi might move around - as an example, mine will occasionally look behind her as though she hears someone or something. Or her idle stance will change depending on her mood and environment. These little details are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool to me, lol.

So..like I said things are slow. I've so far spent most of my time at home honing skills like housekeeping (because jesus christ your house gets dirty fast), and media production or playing my drumset. Yoga is... weird because you can only do a warm-up (however I'm level 2 so that will likely change). Laundry is pretty interesting because you actually have to keep up with it. Same with your housekeeping, things get dirty pretty quickly (almost insanely unrealistic considering it'll happen a couple times in a day), cleaning doesn't take long so it isn't a huge deal or set back.

Let's see... social interactions are a little strange so far. Sometimes you might be able to get a bit of a conversation going, but more often than not after the first interaction they'll walk away, so you have to chase them down to say something else. I haven't done a date yet, because I haven't done a lot of out on the town, but I have like 16 friends I think? Well... contacts. But.. I can't message them, yet. .. kind of annoying, but not a priority or deal breaker. I'm okay with the whole you know, the game isn't complete, let us cook concept instead of AAA ideology which usually consists of "here's an incomplete shell, buy it because it's totally a full game, AAA bro" and then the game turns out to be exactly that, incomplete shell that they shove DLC down your throat to fix (I'm not pointing any fingers, but watch this transition).

Let's talk about EA for a minute. Early Access. This game is incomplete and is being actively developed. That means that it is broken, like a full release from another company that uses EA in a different way. You are bound to find things that break your immersion or your game entirely and it's up to you to realize that this isn't a fully fleshed out game yet and that's going to happen and that screaming at the people who told you that this wasn't a complete game in all capital letters on the internet does nothing but entertain mindless drones in forums. Look at it as though it's a beta (like you should be to begin with, but god knows how idiotic "testers" get when their game doesn't function how /they/ want it to).

Woooha. Alright, so yeah, I do think this is a good start for a life simulation game however, I do not think that people should compare it to the Sims at all - it plays differently in a lot of ways and that is a very good thing in its own right. For the people that are expecting Simskiller2025 ... yeah, no. I'll play both because they have their own unique twists on the Life Simulation genre and remember, Inzoi is virtually the first one to attempt it since the Sims (at least released a playable version, that I'm aware of because I don't think PZ, CDDA or other survival games should be considered Life Simulation - they're survival).

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing. This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on so many levels, I don't even know where to begin - however, let me start things off with if you don't like hardcore games, you probably aren't going to get into this.

I feel like I'm playing a super advanced version of an old Final Fantasy game and that makes me happy in so many ways. While the game is not easy; doesn't hold your hand; will frustrate you from time to time...this is easily one of the best nostalgia styled games i've played in a long ass time and I cannot wait to dump more time in to it!

Great! A little grindy, sure, but beautiful game.

The whole pay to win thing isn't actually pay to win, it's more like pay to accelerate - a free to play player can get the same things as the "pay to win" characters, it just takes longer. Otherwise, for an MMORPG this has been fantastic fun and I can't wait to see what comes next as the game progresses. Been having a blast with it.

One thing I would like to see is the removal of the token currencies. Limiting how much time you can spend doing grinds in order to get gear/items to level up, or get gear/things to sell. It's annoying as ♥♥♥♥ only being able to run a dungeon a predetermined amount of times before having to wait an entire day to get enough points to maybe run 3 more times. Kind of the same with the abyss coins. It's just a silly gimme money tactic that doesn't need to be here.

Great if you enjoy dungeon running and don't care for the grinding of quests and ridiculous assignments that just cause you to sink time doing something other than dungeons.

Idle games have always been something that I really enjoy and this one probably sits at the top of them along with ones like Godville (which is a little different because that's considered a zero player rpg where it just plays regardless if you check it or not).

I leave this game for usually around an entire day, check it, reset what I'm doing and then leave it again while I'm slowly going along the game. I've avoided guides and discussions and am just going in blind and having a blast. On occasions where I sit to play it, I've enjoyed combat, dungeons and all the rest of the things that go along with the game. I never liked runescape, but I can play the ♥♥♥♥ outta this game without even thinking about it so... pretty cool.

My review of this game will be short and sweet:

This is probably one of the most fun gladiator experiences I've had in a video game. Die a lot? Check. Survive sometimes for long periods of time? Check. Get attached to your guy, watching him crumble at the hands of many. Oh, man. It's so much fun, lol.

If you want to be frustrated as hell but feel rewarded when you figure something out - this is a great game for it. It's...wise to know fundamentals of coding and have a very creative mind as well. The story is great and interesting and then interacting with the game's world, there's lore that'll keep you engaged and honestly, I'm surprised it is the way that it is.

While I haven't actually gotten all that far, since I'm fairly programming impaired, lol, this is helping me understand and learn things. Laying down some code and seeing what happens is probably one of the coolest things this game has to offer. I suppose you could fail, but I haven't, but I think it's tied to giving up, which...yeah, that's happened a few times - but this time I have more determination to mess around with the game and what it has to offer and have been having fun. Here and there I've gotta take a break before I put my fist through a monitor, but otherwise I've been trying things to see what happens more often than just grabbing other people's solutions, though, doing so is also helpful and so far the community has been helpful.
