Game o the year doesn't even cut it.

Is this game a blatant cash grab by Activison/Blizzard? Yes.
Is it still worth playing? Sure. *IF* you're already a fan of {C.O.D}
-I want my monkey skin back. I payed good money for that KONG One version ago.

While I was skeptical about this game at first, now over 60 hours in, It hasn't gotten old, its still a challenge. and I find a new meta to build almost every run. If you like rouge-like's, Dungeon crawlers, and Hero Shooters, this IS the game for you, and 3 of your friends. overall 8.5/10. ESPECIALLY in V1.0

Would I suggest this game in it's current state? No. Its neat sure, but items are region locked. So when you walk to a new zone everything you have from the previous zone greys out and cant be used Everything one hits you for for the first LONG while. Leveling, exp, & skills are gone. You cant recruit Npc parties even though groups of 1-5 friendly NPCs will walk around so you have to aggro mobs Into them. The menus are awful to navigate. I have hope that it will change. But I'm not gonna hold my breath. That being said I would highly recommend anyone that likes the old style of rpg where you HAVE to grind, eg. Classic WOW.Hell if it looks even remotely interesting grab it. The visuals are charming. The music is actually lovely and changes based on environment and things like combat. Overall 5.5/10 with hope that as we enter level two of development hell that we might actually see something good happen, and possibly more than once in the next six years.

TLDR: I don't suggest this game in its current state, but I do suggest you follow its development to see if and when it's right for you
