Starbound is a game that takes a lot from other games like Terraria, but also expands on them in it's own unique way. I think personally they could do a better job of making all the mechanics in this game useful, as many of the crafting systems become useless as soon as you have access to them. Overall though, you can have a lot of fun with this game and it's got great multiplayer co-op too

Personally one of my more favorite games, fun gameplay all arround, the DLC only serves to enhance the game instead of completing it, the graphics are nice and the game runs quite smoothly, i can't say enough good about this game, anyone with some friends who like tower defense games will like this game
