Been plagued with crashes since 2023. Loads to a black screen then instantly crashes most of the time. Occasionally will enter the "loading shaders" menu then crashes, often taking my PC along with it. Have spent too many hours trying to troubleshoot it with no luck, I'm finally giving up on this game.

After finishing Bioshock 1 I was deciding whether or not I should play Bioshock 2 or just skip ahead to Infinite, and I'm glad I chose to play 2. Only had one crash and the gameplay feels better than 1. Not sure why this one gets such a bad wrap sometimes.
