Acctually this v-novel was live changing for me as a teenager.

IPSC Shooting Simulator. You run, you gun and unlock new guns. Apparently gun handling is described as pretty realistic so you get what you see.

This game is just awesome. Im a avid l4d2 player but this right here is the perfect balance. Pick a couple of friends and enjoy the adventure. The story is nothing too special but after all this game plays way slower then most zombie shooters. You take your time and explore the whole map, look for loot and keep zombies away from you. Everything is a little janky but honestly thats kinda part of the fun.

10/10, honestly the best coop experience I had in a while

Ich kann keinen Daumen nach unten geben, dafür ist es einfach zu gut. Am Anfang macht der Sim definitiv Spaß, es gibt viel zu entdecken, hab den Simulator im Playtest aber schon "totgespielt" und seitdem ist er langweilig. Hoffe das irgendwann mal das mechanische Stellwerk rauskommt! Hab quasi nur als Fdl gespielt und das ganze wird irgendwann auch langweilig. Als dann in der finalen Version das große elektromechanische Stellwerk verfügbar war, war das ganze auch recht interessant aber auch hier - nach 2 Stunden nur noch trockenes durchstellen, das wars. Es fehlen definitv Rangieraufträge und noch komplexere Stellwerke für die Leute die wirklich Ahnung haben und selbst vom schwierigsten gelangweilt sind.

Ist nur meine persönliche Meinung, deswegen bekommt der Sim auch einen Daumen nach oben - Er ist gut, aber mir nach einer Zeit zu langweilig.

PS: Entfernt doch bitte diese Überleitstellen die man als ESTW bedienen kann, NIEMAND hat Bock sich hinzusetzen und Züge auf einer zweigleisigen Strecke durchzustellen, wirklich niemand ... Ein Zentralstellwerk wo man mehrere solcher Betriebsstellen steuert wäre schon wünschenswerter.

Great route. The switching between ATS-P and ATACS is great which makes it a little divers. Im still asking here tho for an overlay which shows the current and next allowed max speed. This was used in other simulators of Ongakukan and should be implemented here too. Im sick of driving with some excel chart.

UPDATE: JR East and Ongakukan added the full "Keihin-Tōhoku-Linie" as a FREE update. This is a really great step forward and shows that those folks are able to react to feedback from the community. The (round about) 30€ for this simulation are now (in my opinion) justified and fair since this is a quality simulation. You will not get a better japanese train simulator out there, this is used for real training purposes at JR East. They also added a feature a while ago which shows the max permitted speed in ATS-P operation, which is great in order to understand the speed changes as a guy from the west who doesnt have access to extensive knowledge of japanese train operation.

This review is actually a bit difficult. Would I recommend the simulation to someone who is somewhat interested in railroading but not specifically Japanese railroading? No! Would I recommend the simulation to someone who is interested in the Japanese railroad and its operations? Absolutely!

I cannot give the simulation a negative rating even though it is very very expensive. Nevertheless, you get a 1A driving simulator here. To be fair, the other simulations from Ongakukan for the PlayStation 2/3 were also very very expensive. So I don't find it surprising that you are asked to pay here as well.

The driving shots are great and the driving is challenging ... and I say that as a real train driver from Germany. The exact stop and adherence to the timetable requires definite practice and ability. So if you are looking for a "challenge" that you miss in other driving simulators, this is the right place for you (if you have the necessary money).

Tl;dr: Buy it if you have a huge interest in Japanese railroads, if not don't and try BVE 5 or other simulations first. If you like it then it is worth it all times. After all, this is the simulator with which real train drivers of the JR East are trained.

Literally all I do is spam music and talk utter bs on public games. Sometimes I shoot some enemy with my handgun and thats about it. You literally support your team by playing drums or flute.

10/10 biggest trollfest fun I ever had, im not kidding
