I'm noticing a very strong theme throughout both the first and second game.....

And that is DEATH! Repetitive, quick and miserable death.... but i love it!!

As a long-time Dune fan and owner of the physical board game, I was delighted to see this brilliant digital adaptation of currently one of my favourite board games.

Having owned the physical copy for a couple of years, it unfortunately hasn't seen the table-top enough due to difficulties in arranging 'game nights' with friends. But this digital version allows me to play the single player version with ease and without the faff of using the app and setting up for just a solo play through. It is also great for introducing new players to Dune Imperium with highlighted available board spaces, automating card effects and it's training mode.

Hats off to Dire Wolf for a great digital adaptation, sleek UI, animations and sound track/ effects. I look forward to playing all of the new expansions and hopefully a ranked system for multiplayer very soon.

If you're looking for a simple yet rewarding strategy game, that plays more like a 4x board game, easy to pick up yet challenging to master. Then Ozymandias is a must buy!

This game is quickly becoming one of my favourites and striking off each of Ozymandias' achievements feels like it has been well earned.

I predict the base game alone will reward me with well over 100 hours of game play and there are a few DLC maps at a very reasonable price on the store.

With it's simple artwork and beautiful sound track, balanced game mechanics with deep strategy aspects. Ozymandias is a well rounded, enjoyable, yet sometimes challenging experience that I would urge you to try.
You won't be disappointed!

It keeps you wanting more of the local townsfolk to come and repent their sins in your quirky little church, that you've funded purely from selling decaying human flesh as 'meat' to the local inn keeper to enable you to fund a talking donkey's carrot addiction, that brings you fresh corpses, daily.

8/10

I've just spent 3 hours looking for cracks in the walls! Edit* Only to find you can see them on the mini map rather easily, and I have played most of the game with the mini map on.

Edit - I left this game for a couple of months after its release to see if bugs would be addressed and if any new content would be added. Some of the bugs I had encountered had been fixed - Hurrah!
But, I feel like each area is still very empty and there's no need for exploration. I've gone through quite a few mines, crypts and areas (which have hordes of the exact same type of enemy) only to reach the end of that area and there be no reward or reason for me to explore it.
I feel like this game has so much more potential!! More quests can be added, more unique loot that you can search for, hunting specific enemies in hidden locations to complete a hunting log etc..

A group of us played Hammerwatch and HoH for hours on end and loved them, and I am in no way comparing Hammerwatch 2 to these games. I was the only one to purchase this game on release out of my group of friends and unfortunately could not recommend this game to them. I did however really enjoy the Hammerwatch Anniversaries edition and replayed that with great pleasure.

I'll keep checking in, hoping that I can eventually recommend this game and make more great memories on a Hammerwatch game. Keeping my fingers crossed for some much needed improvements.

Probably one of my all time favorites. I remember playing this when i was in school with all my friends nearly 10 years ago. Still one of the best RTS games and the HD remake is fantastic.

Such a visually simple game with a vast amout to do. The zombie survival sandbox genre has great potential and interest from many gamers and this one definatly leads the way. Its also free, so you can gather your friends and hunt zombies or other survivors for the mere price of getting sore eyes from a late night gaming on Unturned.

I was not expecting a nostalgic trip through all of my gaming years by playing just this one game. It is epic! Just the way it unlocks new things around every corner and slowly (wont say improves because its always fun) evolves the game in style, gameplay and how it throws in parts of other great RPG titles.

Its a must play for all you RPG fans!
Buy it now!!!
