Immersive, brutal, beautiful <3

One of the best games I've ever played, and not just among open-world survival games. The world is beautiful, the building system is spot on and perfect for a medieval theme, and exploring and sailing are super fun. Combat is solid, though boss fights could use more variety in attacks. But the best part? Playing co-op, roleplaying together, and fully immersing yourself in the viking life. Skal!

Incredibly massive and beautiful world building, down to every hidden dungeon. If you set aside the gameplay and simply take in the world, explore every structure, walk through castles, the Lucaria Academy, the Royal Capital, and everything else, you’ll be amazed by their stunning level of detail, despite their impressively grand scale. Well-written, complex, layered lore hidden in everything, the Golden Lineage, the gods and demigods, the dragons, the Roundtable Hold champions, every item, every landmark, every insignificant creature. A true masterpiece.
