I had a few crashes for no discernible reason, sometimes at the main menu, but the game ran well and was a lot of fun. Recommended.

I found it a little hard to get into initially but came round and enjoyed it.
Your saves work on both the HD mode and Saturn mode.
Christmas Nights just makes me smile.

There's no getting round the fact that the game has a lot of jank and too much back tracking. Still, its worth it for the atmosphere, music and Shodan.

It's not a good game and it doesn't hold up. But if you played it when it came out, then it probably holds a special place on your heart and you'll have fun with it either way.

It still holds up and is absolutely worth playing, assuming you can get it running right! If you have a modern AMD GPU, I'd say wait until a fan fix personally. All of these current fixes that require you to disable effects aren't worth it imo.

What an incredible remaster. This is how you do it! Everything you could ever want is here and the audio, my god the audio!!!

I have the XP collection.
This is now the best way to play these first two games, plus the expansions, PLUS the console content!

Still fun and addictive today. It is a little glitchy and the writing and voice acting isn't great but the gameplay loop still hits all the right spots.
