I downloaded this game on the free weekend to try it out and see if it would even come close to being worth playing. I has taken almost an hour of my time and I have had to go through three email accounts just to manage to get one to work and be able to log in. The first time I was able to get into the game I did not get a hud and could not access the map or items. I had to restart several times to fix this. The game is still broken and not worth wasting time on.

The road map for releases on this game is terrible. No actual dates, no list of definite features. Mostly just rumors as to what the actual finished product will be. I bought this game to play cross play with my friends who have XBOX, but you can't do that and there is still no definite answer from the dev team if this is even ever going to be a feature. The PC version of the game doesn't even have the complete collection yet. We are expected to wait for some "some day" date in the distant future when all of the content will be available. I love Halo and have enjoyed all these games in the past, but the devs decision to slowly release all this content over time with no real release date for content is disgusting.

Do not buy this game until it is complete otherwise you will be very disappointed with the lack of Collection in this COLLECTION.

Update 12/3/22

I should have just dusted off the old Xbox to play some of these. The co op crashes constantly and has unexplained freezes even on high end hardware. After reading the discussions the crashes and fps issues are definitely a game problem. It really seems like the dev team did not care about these games. Pretty pathetic.
