A very fun retro-cyberpunk detective sandbox that at times also feels like a burglar sandbox. There's some great immersive depth to this sandbox that not a lot of games have, but there's also a simplicity to it when you figure certain things out. There are some bugs and glitches, but most of the time it runs fine or the glitch is so minor that it doesn't hinder what you're doing. I would love to see more content and more polishing on the procedural generation, but there's also mods to add more content or change what's there.
