If you are playing this to play co-op over the internet, dont. it generally only works with people sharing a machine and each having a controller or 3 with a controller 1 with keyboard. There are workarounds to play online but it is a pain and often doesnt work. Even steam remote play has failed to work unfortunately rendering this game useless for online co-op play.

Such a horrible business model. Charging 80 dollars to beta test a update for a early access game. Making update post and seeing others play with the updates but checking your own game to find there is no update. Way to disappoint people who have actually supported you by buying your game while it is in early access when many games and companies fail to deliver letting early access games die off. Not going to lie this has changed my whole opinion on the game and changed my mind about recommending it to people due to this horrible business practice. By hiding a experimental patch for an early access game behind a paywall/password you actually depreciate the value of the customers who bought your game while it is still in early access (hey, this is still a support/funding stage for the game if it is in early access and not a completed game). So by that logic anyone who owns the game is a supporter. but if you don't pay the 80 dollar paywall you just a second class citizen to the developers. Way to discriminate againist your own fan base devs.

So far, the developers have done nothing but create a rift between their customers. They have demonstration that what they say means nothing by promising the update to be released to everyone by first week of june, Only to push the update out the second week of june and only for those behind the 80 dollar paywall.

The game was recently removed from the store which made matters even worse especially with debates on the developers ethical practices. Not 100% sure the reason, thread says something about copy right infringement with club name. In which case they infringing on other peoples stuff now?

Again if you follow the thread, some the more regular posters state that the content that was promised has changed since the game came out and it went to early access. Which would indicate that again the developers word cannot be trusted. Changing a purchasing contract after being sold. Not confirmed by me but at this point I don't care, I have seen enough of the company's post to know I wont be supporting them anymore.

The game is offically in Early Access stage, yet the developers keep giving priority updates to the supporters edition. The promise of alpha support to the supporters edition is done with. The moment it went early access is was no longer in closed alpha. According to steam and void's own website, both editions get early access. So that means Supporters edition should no longer be getting preferential treatment when it comes to updates.

So my only question becomes, We support crappy business models and developers like this why? I actually encourage people to start calling them out on their social media and steam threads (while not directly targetting people mind you like some of the threads turn out to be.)

Unfortunately. The speech recogition used by this game is absolutely horrible. I say "can you walk through salt please and it recognizes it as "can you assult please". example example is saying "show yourself" and it keeps taking it as "so yourself." and since it is used to get a response it makes it pretty game breaking honestly. fortunately there are other questions to ask but the voice recognition is just horrible considering two of the evidences uses it and i am sure you can use it to get a reaction from the ghost.

Their support is absolutely useless. They don't even bother checking or responding to their support ticket system. I have a active support ticket over a billing issue that is 2 months old. That is an unacceptable timeframe for any issue let alone a billing issue. I've reached out to the global chat in game. To mars/subagames discord, To twitter @subagames and their own support ticket system. They simply don't care. Once they have your money they don't care. So if you are looking at this game, do yourself a favor a move on. This company honestly isn't worth dealing with or supporting.

Sadly, the company ruined this game when they removed my home. Asylum was what I refered to as home, and was replaced by another map that doesn't have the same feel and looks worse. Meanwhile in the same update they made a new campsite (the map people dread and avoid because they dont know how to optimize their stuff) and didn't replace that, but instead added it a s a new map.

Their new collectibles system only works on the new map from what I gathered so if you avoid that you wont be getting any of the collectibles.

The lobby host was been reduced dramatically since the lobby now votes on the map.

And lastly, cursing has been a known trigger for the ghost since they had open betas. And now they impliment a ban system and one of the bannable offenses is cursing. what a dumb thing to do, get your community used to cussing at the ghost to get activity and then flip the script and make it so cussing can get you banned. Guess the devs never heard of simply giving the lobby host the ability to kick mid session if people had an issue with people cussing. Or even a vote kick system since they stupidly implimented it for map selection.

Vr in this game is just crap. Literally, it is just so clunky that it is cringy to play. Even before they broke it currently. Vr in this game isnt scary it is clunky and repells players like a ghost to smudge stick.

So, with this patch they have.. Made the sessions even more bugged, to the point where it will say 0/10 people in the session even though its full. unable to chat, etc.. Game complains about version mismatch data. Sometimes no matter what color you select to vote, it puts your vote on someone else. Example 3 people left, you vote on one color the other votes on you. however the end will show 3 votes on you. All randomly happen. To me, they ruined the game with this patch. I played 9 games with this version and wont be playing another until it gets patched.

A very buggy game. The road tool is a joke. Often you will not be able to snap roads to where you want them as they just automatically jump to a nearby intersection. This makes the roads appear as if the construction team was drunk. On top of this, there is a bug in multiplayer that prevents you from deleting some roads. The unable to delete road issue has been around since 2014.

When losing the game the losing screens don't explain why or how you lost. Me and my friends have started over many times from failed games completely unaware of why we all lost.

No construction during combat system is broken. Had a riot which bugged not only my army but the army of the two players (at that time they lost and became ai) armies as well. This prevented me from building anything. Even when there was no combat it still wouldn't let me build so I was unable to progress at all. OVerall if this game had not of came in a bundle, I would have asked for a refund.

still a broken game. ai handle horrible. on some end it will show them as dead. for others it shows the same animals alive and moving. game becomes unresponsive on a gaming rig characters still get hung up on blocks. without the jetpack if you get hung up on a block you have to commit suicide.

Often does not work for many people, lots of reports of it suddenly stop working. game doesnt run on my personal computer that more than meets the requirements for this game. Many people cannot even get into battle and because of this I will not recommend this game to people. maybe when the developers fix the issues that effect alot of people on the forums then maybe i will recommend it, but for right now. It is a definite no.
