Incredibly fun for what it is, which is just skilling on Runescape without staring at the graphics.

I got this as a late birthmas gift from a friend of mine. Other than the fact it needs subtitles and I keep dying to whatever's trying to get me under the desk on night two, I love this game and will probably be up all night playing it. Will edit with a more in-depth review once I've played more of it. May have to marry the friend who bought it for me.

EDIT: Having beaten the game now, I can honestly say it's a fantastic entry into the series. It's less reliant on jump scares to be scary, and much more reliant on a very creepy atmosphere. I still think the dialog needs subtitles though.

This is my first venture into this genre of game. I leave it running in the background while I'm writing my novel, kinda satisfying to know it's sitting there playing itself while I'm busy writing.

And by satisfying, I mean I'm in hell. I have this on my phone, it's on my computer, it's on my dad's tablet. I can't stop. Send help.

Borderlands is a truly fantastic video game. I have it for my Xbox 360 as well as PC, and while I didn't expect to like it since I don't generally enjoy shooters, I'm glad I convinced myself to give it a chance, because the series has become one if my favorites. The crude humor may become grating for some, but it makes me laugh and takes away a lot of the frustration since I really do suck at this game.
