DODO is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. DODO enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act.
