A masterpiece. Lots of great (and fitting) parody mixed with excellent gameplay, extremely polished & beautiful UIs, a perfect soundtrack, and great storytelling -- if you liked Elden Ring, this is a must-buy.

Don't let the cartoonish vibes throw you off either, and while it'd be the perfect kid-friendly Souls game, it has a fair bit of allegory anyone can relate to, much like Supraland does, practically begging for a few sincere chuckles, and it's done well.

The ending really pulled the heartstrings too. The only thing missing is NG+!

Golden Joystick Awards 2024 gave this Best Indie Game (Self-published) of the year, and it's well deserved!
