I'm fairly perfectionist in my designs, but this game is so fun and gives me hours and hours of enjoyment despite certain limitations (e.g. placing small objects next to each other/snapping). So many more items have been added to the game since I first started playing, so that's good. Looking forward to seeing how House Flipper 2 improves on the first using a new engine.

Edit: Forgot to add, of the two DLC I have (Garden Flipper and HGTV), HGTV is worth it and I don't have much issue with it. I love the new houses and items. Garden flipper is a huge disappointment because the placement limitation (like what I discussed above about the base game) impacts garden creation much more than it does interior design.
