Super excited that Might and Delight is back to developing and maintaining this game.

It's a very simple game. If you love the Shelter games, then you'll probably love relaxing to the beauty and simplicity of running around as an animal with other animals and working together to gather essence. I absolutely love the minimalist communication system. And the community around this and the shelter games is fantastic. If you like finding all collectibles like me, you'll enjoy spending hours in this game!

This is a classic. As an adult, I still sometimes cannot figure out the pattern.

This is one of those games that when I saw it I immediately purchased it; it's so charming in its simplicity. You hatch a dragon from an egg at the shrine (later you can have multiple resting in the cave, only one active dragon at a time), and you train them by playing minigames to raise their stats and respect, and you earn gold. Depending on your dragon's rank, certain days of the week offer battles. The battle is a grid system with various attacks that each have different attack angles/radius, and you move the dragon around the grid (1 move and 1 attack per turn). It is a fun system, even though it's simple!

The town has several shops including food, construction, the dojo (teaching your dragon skills), and the blacksmith. I enjoyed upgrading my ranch. At first the dragon seems so sad, but as you learn what food they enjoy most and can purchase the upgrade that reduces happiness drain, it's fairly easy to keep them happy. I love that there are different saddles that provide different buffs/functions.

The pixel art style is charming! (I do get headaches easily, so I had to use the in-game setting option for zooming the screen out and turning off the screen shake from the dragon's run, but the fact that these options are available is fantastic accessibility!) I will say if you're a completionist like me, getting all the achievements is a bit of a grind because after getting the first and second dragons to S rank, it gets a bit repetitive. But it's very very fun training and raising your first dragon!

I love this kind of logic puzzle. It reminds me of things like HexCells and Sudoku and Minesweeper. There aren't too many mechanics building off of each other throughout, and the scaffolding of them is effective. My advice though is if you're no longer seeing the logic and you've switched to trial and error mode, take a break! It's more fun when you can actually see the logic behind it! I haven't tried hard mode yet, but looking forward to it. Great music vibes and the art is fantastic. I love the addition of the special levels so you still feel a reason to keep playing after finishing the main levels!

These games are always so neat! And the puzzles always feel satisfying when you finally find the piece you need to progress in a certain area. Very user friendly; if you get stuck, there is a hint system that gives you optional hints after some time. The hints are scaffolded so as not to completely ruin the experience. The first hint gives general direction to where you should be looking, the second and third get more specific. There is also an option to completely turn off hints for those of you like me who hate relying on them! I will always recommend the Room games if you like puzzles and secret puzzle boxes and interesting engineering.
