edit 9/1/24: YAY FUN GAME FREE NO BOTS ITS FUN BETTER THAN OVERWART
Edit 6/6/2024: FIX THE BOT INFESTED GAME PLS. Permanently.
EDIT: CHRIST VALVE FIX*ED* THIS GAME! Yay! Thanks GabeN!

Okay, so I got this game like 10 years ago or something, I don't know. What I do know, is that when I want a fun, fast paced shooter, I load up TF2.

While the community overall is REALLY good, there will be some toxic communities out there. But in my experience, the majority of them are fun, jokers with off the wall humor and usernames, and it's all done in good fun. Even people with political usernames take and give jokes (usually). That's probably the most endearing part of this game.

When you leave the community out of it, the actual core game mechanics are really good. Although there are STILL **FREE** updates CONSTANTLY with new maps, modes, weapons, bug fixes, enhancements, achievements, items, events, ALL **FREE**, yes **FREE**.

And I do not agree with all the changes they've made to many of the weapons. In fact, there are so many complaints every time an update is made to a weapon that the forums blow up with people complaining/praising. BUT what is good about it is that the team ACTUALLY can take some of the input and sometimes meets a middle point between their changes and the people who oppose it.

While overall you won't always agree or support the changes that are made to some weapons, you'll be hard pressed to find a game with such longevity and an overall 80% positive community.
