This game is very poorly optimized. I have updated all drivers and have above the system requirements, yet each time after creating a character, the game causes my GPU to crash. Overall an extremely buggy game. Very disappointed - was looking forward to this game for years.

Edit: After waiting years and snagging the game on sale, it does seem like many of the bugs have been ironed out, and the same is running well on my system. The story is very good so far, and I am enjoying the game quite a bit. However, there are some bugs that persist that diminish the game somewhat, but overall, the game is in an acceptable state - even more so if you snag it on sale for 55% off like I did.
