great game, feels like a golden age PS2 era racing game (and it essentially is just that, for those familiar with the franchise's history) with pretty graphics, good optimization, pleasant driving physics and a fun gameplay loop. heavily recommend for anyone who wants a fun arcade racing game with no bullsh1t dlc's or season passes, no always online requirement, a nice community and a lot of japanese game-dev charm. can't wait for the full release! as of now (28.01) the game is about 40% complete content-wise and that takes around 16 hours to beat story-wise and 20 hours to 100% the available content.
