This game is strange, it has a lot of cool ideas that get barely any use, it drags on a lot in the middle of the game and the AI is really, really bad to the point that it can ruin your immersion; but what it gets right it gets REALLY right, like the physics, the set-pieces, and the final act of the game. Overall a great foundation for future games and a worthwhile trip back to the Half-Life universe.

I agree with a lot of the criticism surrounding this game, losing key items like the boat and the glider seems counter productive. However, the game is still fun to explore, and the plus items system is a great way to continue your adventure without completely restarting but forcing you to vary up your build. I will say that the low amount of info on how things like relics work is slightly annoying though.

You literally can't play beacuse of constant unfixable crashes that happen on any loading screen if you are running windows 10.

Terrible Oculus support

This is a good game.

Paid mods. Worse versions of old mods at that. Don't give Zenimax money,

I want to get good at this game. Really I do; but playing with the commuinty as it is now, full of cheaters, smurfs, people being incredibly toxic towards newcomers, ect. makes every fiber of my being feel terrible when playing.

Do not get yourself into this mess, it's not worth it.
