Israel is NOT committing genocide
Under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, Israel, like any other sovereign nation, has the right to self-defence if an armed attack occurs against it.
In the Genocide Convention, genocide is defined as acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group. This is not happening.
