Paradox always makes its games trash with the DLC policy.
I suggest you abandon the DLC policy and take 60 dollars from the pockets once. And never try to steal another for any DLC's whatsoever.
This game was beautiful. But like EU4, it became so different without DLC's, i cannot reccomend this.

Some could say 20 dollars isnt a bad payment for all dlcs: Yes, if it couldve stayed what it is, it wouldnt be too much. But we all know where it will lead, after a year, they will make another bundle worth of 20-30 dollars which if you dont buy, you wont feel the premium feeling of the game.
Let alone knowing that not all nations economies are capable of paying the same game 20 dollars per year.

So yeah. Since Steam abandoned Turkish Liras too; Its just too little too much. ^^
