What is this game?
A top down view, WASD move, clicker with 3 abilites per weapon, and there are bows, shields, one handed swords, one handed axes, two handed hammers and runes which modify damage output and playstyles.

The abilities on weapons offer playstyles like healer, support, or pure damage and you dont have to pick either/or, just hit the one you want to cast out of the three.

This is a time management game, and it's session based (similar to playing a game of starcraft where you build up and you have your build orders but when its over, its over and you do it again and again).

The above statement is not a critique, it is a really fun game and its VERY in-depth. Layers and layers of mechanics will be revealed to you as you master the game. Its easy to pickup and really rewards you for mastering it, because you will be SO MUCH BETTER at it than your peers if you do so.

Two modes:
- SAGA (basically 14 days to kill 2 saga bosses, and kill around 5 Jotuns (giants) as they head to your base every 10 min after last one is killed) before it becomes eternal winter. Exit the session through the purple crystal structure (bifrost) to gain your rewards.
- Survival, unlimited days to kill only jotuns and much larger map sizes. So no saga bosses. This mode is for fun with friends in a more lasting way and to test different builds basically because the Jotuns gain health and damage every time they spawn, making possible very difficult health pools to deplete, so you'll need to figure out how to scale out damage into late game.

You get golden horns (a soft currency) for beating saga bosses (5x per kill) and for kill Jotuns(giants) 1x per kill. You spend these horns in game to make legendary gear, to gamble on powerful runes early game. You also spend them on unlocking the ability to craft the powerful armor and weapons (which will be unavailable to you when you first start).

So yes, while it is a session based game, you keep your "progression" through out all your sessions.

There are also several classes you can pick (AND UNLOCK!). It is truly a fun, game.
