Valve will not give me a refund.. i cannot enter the game.... everytime i try to play the game it doesnt load but it says im playing for 1 second then says i back to online mode. i have had this game for a while as i just got a new computer thinking that it will work on it. I thought because i had a crap laptop i couldnt play it so i waited for my new computer. When i got my new computer i tried opening the game and it didnt work. I also asked for a refund but they have not answered for the past few month. Dont get this game only certain computers can handle it. I have all the specs for this stupid game but doesnt let me load. I have also re-installed it but still does not work. GG VALVE.. at least help me

great graphics, awesome fps game and is a game that u cant miss out on!!
