uninspired and frankly boring looter shooter. the only thing that really sets this apart from games that did it better like Tarkov and GTFO is the player controlled Aliens, which is literally a ball crushing simulator with how long the abilities take to recharge with the egg mechanic and the rock paper scissors of spit vs flare, EMP vs lights, and scream for flashights. In 3 games I have seen aliens team with Merc's as well which is ultra cringe. As a merc the greatest threat to you in the game isnt the aliens, its other Merc's and the AI drone's / traps.

this game sucks and i plan on giving it 800 hours of time in the next 8 months

It is a great game story wise. there are a few very minor bugs and combat issues, but nothing game breaking. want a challenge? play on Jedi Knight or Master. The story mode makes it laughably easy, but all the other difficulties are worth their own play through.

its the third and final (?) installment of the souls series. its a great play, and one of the few games that has real replay value
