I intentionally browsed for a game about Dementia and it brought me to this game; I don't regret it whatsoever. This is very accurate in accordance to what my grandmother has been experiencing for decades with Alzheimer's disease after the demise of her own husband (unfortunately due to cancer). I immensely appreciate that somebody took the time to understand what people with this condition go through on a daily basis. It can be very scary and disorienting for patients, that's for sure. Whether I am correct or not, I admired the black hole symbolism because it is common for those with Dementia \ Alzheimer's (at an old age in general) to fall over (a symptom, per se). This is what initiated my grandmother and grandfather's move into a home (as much as I'd love to take care of them, just so that they can stay within their comfort zone, I cannot).

Either way, thank you so very much (developers and furthermore) for creating this incredibly meaningful game! It's totally underrated! I guarantee that Jacksepticeye and Markiplier would play it if they knew about it, hopefully we can encourage them to play it (if it isn't too much to ask of them), so that we can spread awareness! I'd like to connect with those who have loved ones suffering from the same condition.

The one thing that I've learnt about this condition is that the last thing that they'll forget (if ever) are their loved ones. The best thing that comforts my grandfather and grandmother is an expression of affection (hugs, hand-holding, pecks on the cheek or forehead). Realistically, this is what we all would (or rather should have) experienced at first as a baby, love... so even if they've forgotten time and perhaps reverted to a certain age (or have no idea at some point), continue to comfort and nurture them. They are still the person that you love, even without some of those beloved memories that you have with them. These people do not choose to forget, it's just the misfortune of one's brain cells and neurons perishing.

Thank you for reading. If you are also experiencing Dementia or witnessing it, I feel for you. xoxo
