One of the best and funniest game I've ever played. I love this game because it feels like an Eastern European Life Simulator:
-Be broke
-Own a Goofy Ahh car
-Learn how to build a car by yourself
-Drink alcohol
-Smoke cigs as meals
-Curse
-Fight
-Drink & Drive
-Drink, smoke & drive
Score: 10000/10

Outlast 2 is a nice sequal.
Personally, the first game was better because I've felt like a mouse in a maze when I was chased by that beautiful naked bois.
Pros:
-Good Visuals
-Gore (dead babies, so much blood)
-It kinda puts you in some situations where you need to think, not just pressing w+shift
-School "maze"
Cons:
-Catholic people
-The plot it's nice but had some plot holes
